This is by far the worst Subway in Little Rock. They don't accept coupons, and their produce isn't fresh. Their fountain machine NEVER works, and I believe they skimp on the meat and cheese. Get rid of this Subway ASAP! I believe they're price gouging as well.

The “General Manager.” As he calls himself had a terrible attitude & attempted to call himself getting loud with me all because I asked for a different type of chicken on my chicken bacon ranch sandwich. He tried to tell me what hes gonna put on my sandwich after I told him multiple times . He was very rude all because his store was out of order. You don’t take that our on the customer

Horrible, the employee did not want to listen. Food was overcooked and it was an online order never known pepperoni to be on a meatball sub. I never asked for. Meatballs are burned and taste horrible

I would give a zero if I could. No meat all bread. Paid for the beast and a club. Literally all the meat TOGETHER was as thin as a piece of paper. Ridiculous!

I go to Subway A LOT. I always order online and never in person. I prefer no interaction, this location is good and has a friendly staff. The food is better than some locations around central Arkansas.
My biggest issue is they don’t participate in offering national coupons through Subway. If you like using the app and saving money DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

Avoid this location. They hide their meats and cheeses, serve old/bad tuna, their soda machine hasn't worked in over a year, and they will only add miniscule amounts of veggies. Dont risk it! Just go to one of the other locations in the vicinity.

The food is disgusting. They don't give you what you pay for as far as meat goes. Or veggies. And don't even get me started on cleanliness or that bogus nasty ole ft long churro thing. Tasted like burnt weave smells. I threw it up in the parking lot.

After ordering the exact same sandwich at five Subway locations (Markham, Colonel Glenn, Bryant, Benton, and Stagecoach), it became clear that this location gives less meat. After showing the sandwich artist the photo comparing two sandwiches bought at a different location versus the one she made, she claimed I had ordered double meat at the other location. My receipts disagree. Of the three sandwiches pictured, can you guess which one was hers? Go elsewhere.

Ordered food online. Got there food was not right. I ordered 4 footlongs. 2 pieces of meat on the club, no sauce, 2 jalepenos. I opened the sandwiches up to show her bc I knew when I picked them up it wasn’t right, I eat subway all the time. She was going back and forth with me abojt them being right. Bread was hard, sandwiches was DRY! Horrible experience! Horrible! I never do reviews but this made me mad!

Everyone hates going to fast food restaurants nowadays, because of the complete lack of customer service from the employees. It’s gotten so bad it’s not even funny anymore. And then I stopped by this subway and Aubrey took my order. I was so impressed I actually asked him what his name was so I could leave this review. This is the best customer service I’ve had in years and this guy should get a raise all day long and then some. And for that reason, and that reason alone, I will be returning to this subway.

Walked in at 8:26 pm and the worker refused to take our (only 2 people) order citing “we stop taking orders at 8:30” so when I made him aware of the time he persisted that “it’s close to 8:30 and I’m by myself and we close at 9 so we stop taking orders at 8:30.”
