On accident I clicked this location thinking it was the one on Ranch I new when I arrived at the ranch location and my order wasn’t there that I was goin to have to go to the worst subway on Cantrell
U went walked in the lady just looked at me never spoke so I looked through the names found mine grabbed and left (as I was walking out the door I thought “this was too easy” definitely should have checked it) I get back to work and my order came with 2x cheese definitely didn’t get that and when I called the lady told me 4 triangle slices is 2x cheese I explained I’ve ate subway my whole life order the same exact thing everytime and this was missing 4 pieces of cheese that I paid for she told me to come back and get my 4 pieces of cheese 🤣🤣🤣 I politely told her it was a mistake in the first place I knew better then coming there but I had no choice and of course she hung up on me and this is why they lost my business years ago they are rude and sloppy on top of saving a $ anytime they can at the cost of their customers they seem to not want business because their lot is always empty but I could only wonder why
The Ranch location might be 1 1/2 miles out of the way but definitely worth the drive when u want what u pay for and a friendly/clean staff

This has got to be one of the worst locations. We've been coming here off and on for several years thinking things would change, well they haven't! The men's toilet has been broken for at 5 years, now the sink doesn't work! Tried washing my hands in the ladies restroom and the toilet hasn't been cleaned no telling when.
Young lady preparing food for my work crew NEVER put on a new pair of gloves, and NEVER stopped talking on her phone. While we were eating the company phone rang till several evidently hung up and continued to call back, she NEVER answered it! She never stopped talking on her personal phone the whole time we were there!

I walk in and say heyyy I have a mobile order for Grant and the lady says “it takes time to make” and I’m like alrighty I’ll just wait over here and sat down at one of the tables #

I've been to the subway several times and the staff has always been somewhat robotic or rude with no interest in the customer other than to sell them a sandwich. The ingredients sometimes are not fresh. I asked for iced tea today at lunch time and I was told it takes too long to make. Really? I don't drink sugared drinks, so I went without the drink with the meal deal. FYI, they also do not serve the breakfast sandwiches past 11.

They messed up our order completely and refused to fix it. I didn't order a pizza, I ordered an Italian because I loathe tomatoes and it doesn'tcome with sauce. They refused to fix it and and apparently said they couldn't and were rude about it. Literally one person on shift so we couldn't even get a refund if we wanted it. The sandwich ended up being soggy and gross and honestly I'm upset. Ended up having pickled onions, jalaps on mine and idr like them. The issue is this one is known for their bad service but I didn't think it would be this bad. Also from what I could glance, place wasn't that clean.

The young lady that closed last night was very rude. I walked in with more than 30 minutes til closing to get a quick sandwich. The young lady asked what type of bread I wanted and seconds before I could answer she told me to “Hurry up”. It was no need to for this worker to be tell a customer to “hurry up” with more than 30 mins til closing, it doesn’t even matter if it was 10 mins til closing. I work in customer service myself and it no way I would tell a customer to “Hurry up”, I don’t care if it’s a minute into my shift ending.I left immediately, I do not recommend this location. Very poor customer service.I see why Subway’s corporation is going down the drain.

Subway sandwiches are so delicious
The prices at this Subway are outrageous. I ordered a meatball sub meal (drink and 2x cookies) and it came to just under $18. I am floored at how expensive this location is. The sub was also very stingy on the actually meat too. Won’t be going back to Subway again with these kind of prices that’s for sure.
