I am modifying my old review because the issues have since been fixed. I used to have a problem getting my sandwiches toasted, but they have fixed the toaster, because my sandwiches are hot and delicious again! Thank you

I presented a coupon to one of the workers. They don't seem to like coupons. The gentleman only put two pieces of meat on my sandwich and when I asked for salt and pepper he loaded it with so much that I could barely eat it. Even though they are people of color they do not seem very partial to African Americans. I would not waste my money or time at this Subway location.

I prefer this subway then the one by Kay's nails. There is a lady who works here who is the sweetest girl always ask me about my day and remembers my order which isn't easy

I complained here a year ago about having issues with my sandwiches being cold when I request them toasted.

Decided to try it again. Asked for my sandwich DOUBLE TOASTED. She assured me it was toasted. The sandwich was cold. Bread was cold, meat was cold, everything was like it came out of the refrigerator. I'm done with this place

The LADY that works the register with the black hair is not up to date on the promotions she does not honor the free Gatorade with sandwich and chips that is valid from 10/3-10/31 went in today and got a footlong with lays and a Gatorade the Gatorade should have been free there are signs all over this location, however she charged me as if it was a meal instead of giving me the Gatorade free then she proceeded to say it was free but when I showed her my receipt she proceeded to go to a corner by the drive thru window and called whom I’m assuming is her manager and then she came back and stated that the promotion is for online only even though the advertisement states the promotion is for in store as well as online. I will not return to this location.

this truly is just sad and I’m not even sure a good enough excuse for something like this! I did an online order on the app and this is what my sandwich was when I received it. Unfortunately I didn’t find this out until I was already back at work and I didn’t have time to go back but I just don’t feel like this can be ignored.

Asked for toasted sandwiches, but the cheese was not melted at all and the meat was cold. Service is sub par. Not sure why the owners/management dont understand from all the other reviews that customer service + consistency = $$$$. I would rather drive to firehouse subs than to visit again.

I liked this Subway at first, I could get past that the workers are not the friendliest. They aren't mean or rude, but they don't make you feel welcomed. My issue is that every time I order a sandwich, I ask for it to be toasted twice. On only one occasion did my sandwich actually come out hot and not cold in the middle. After about the 5th time of asking for my sandwich double toasted, and receiving a sandwich with COLD meat in the middle, I have decided to no longer come here.
