I went here today and it’s the best fastest subway I have had. Long line but the workers were moving so fast that I had my food in a few min.

Have frequented this location a couple of times. The lady that works there is fine. There’s a guy that works there that is awful. I went by there 30 minutes before their closing time, and he was sitting on the curb in front of the store. I guess he was waiting on a ride or something. This Subway is located inside a gas station convenience type store. I went inside and they were closed. I ask him when I came out, and he said they were closed. I went back another time and he was rude. When I walked in he was complaining about the online orders. I have the Subway app on my phone. They send me coupons. I couldn’t get it to come up when I went in. I ask if he could help me, and he said he didn’t know anything about the app. I couldn’t believe he hadn’t been trained on how to navigate their app. I left the store and didn’t buy anything. I’ve been in other locations and they have been polite and helpful with the app. I will never go back to that location. There are some decent ones, some good ones, and some awful ones in Little Rock. They must be desperate for workers I guess, and don’t care if they ruin their business. When they don’t have any sales, and have to close the location, maybe they should have listened and read what their customers are experiencing. Several thousand people look at my reviews every week. I do this to help others. I only give honest reviews. If others would do this we could help the good ones, and get rid of the bad ones.

Wow, want to have some fun. Visit this Subway Location, inside Shell Station on Chenal Parkway! If Richard is working he has some talent! From tossing the bread loaf, spinning the oven spatula, to his “Kings English” communication, it is a sandwich plus plus situation. Should be 10 stars and not just 5. I actually left him a tip. I don’t think I’ve ever left a tip at Subway before!
