I've never been to this store when they either weren't out of something I'm ordering, or something isn't broken, or I got my food in a reasonable amount of time.

They don’t take coupons which isn’t surprising since they’re always out of menu items. Drink machine is disguising always something black in the ice and the drinks taste terrible. Seriously clean that or get a new one. For the location to be downtown I really wish the experience was better.

Abby and Will are a pleasure to talk to. They make a genuine effort to get to know you and always take care with my orders. The restaurant is always clean and the food is always fresh B)

good food, folks, and honestly the playlist is great too. can't beat classic rock. But yeah the employees put in an effort to get to know you, it's a rare but nice thing.

Second time I've gone there and my bread was stale. Person behind counter was very obvious she didn't want to be there

Update: It would be nice if this subway participated in all the deals and promotions. . .

I gave this subway another shot today and OMG I am so glad I did. Whomever made my sandwich around 11:55 did it absolute justice.

I ordered online and my food was still hot when I arrived.

My favorite subway store with nice staff. Will is exceptionally attentive. But lately, the beeping sounds from the broken security system drives me nuts, so it is hard to stay in the store for more than a minute. However, still a nice little subway store in downtown.

Everything about this restaurant was terrible. It took at least 20 minutes to get my order and even after, it was wrong. They forgot about multiple things in the order and even after asking for a water bottle, they give us a small plastic cup to put some water in. Nothing is wrong with the workers. They just need more workers and better management.

Place is terrible. The food wasn’t cooked all the way. Gave me a 6 inch not a foot long. Didn’t give us fountain drinks. And bad service.

Guy working was super friendly, unfortunately they did not pay attention to the specifics of the order. The sandwich wasn't bad and was edible, but it was not even close to correct. People order things a certain way for a reason.Edit- removed stars . I went back today and my sandwich still didn’t match the online order. I won’t be back.

Unclean tables, too hot inside, new male employee unfriendly - almost rude considering how often we keep going back. The young lady greets is with a smile. She's great!
