All the negative reviews are accurate. Worst subway I’ve been too by far!

Terrible customer service. Order a sandwich for pickup through the Subway app, and it is not correct. I called the store, got the manager, and they would not fix the issue. Hung up on me when I tried to explain that they charged me for extra toppings and didn't put them on my sandwich. No stars.
Don’t waste your time paying for extra meat, when you do they give you even less on a mobile order.

I decided to give subway another chance after weeks of ads on social media, television, Netflix, and the radio saying they have $6.99 footlongs. I went in today and was told this location doesn’t participate in this promotion. Why is subway spending money on a National ad campaign when it isn’t being honored at any location in my city? It was a textbook bait and switch.
This location shares a parking lot with; a Mexican joint, a Taco Bell, a BBQ joint, a catfish joint, and a pizza joint. All of the other locations have offerings that are budget friendly, but this subway wants to sell footlong sandwiches with packaged, not made from scratch ingredients for $10.99+?
You all aren’t priced to compete. I went to the Mexican joint and got a full take out meal for the same price Subway wants me to spend on a foot long club sandwich.
Subway! Y’all gotta do something. You’re pricing yourself way beyond the quality you deliver. It just isn’t work eating at a subway anymore.
I’ll come back in a year and see if y’all get it together.

The workers at this subway need to get their crap together. Every sandwich I've ever ordered is 90% bread. They skimp on my meat, they skimp on the cheese. This is getting ridiculous. Why has this been allowed for so long?

Just got my mobile order from this location and came to leave a bad review. But apparently I'm far from the first... Just don't... Expectations we're not extremely high being that it's subway but come on... All bread, no meat and I paid extra for twice the meat. Stale churro.

I made a mobile order with special instructions at 1:40 pm and it was supposed to be ready at 2:00 pm but when I came to pick my order at 2:10 pm, it wasn't ready and the employee seemed already annoyed, she told me she didn’t have pepper jack cheese, and I asked what other options they had, she told me “I should've put more options before I place my order”, then she started to prepare my order (2 footlong subs), by the time she told me my order was ready it was 2:36 pm and when I checked the order the subs weren’t toasted (as I previously asked in the order) I told her I wanted my subs toasted and she said the vegetables were already added and she didn't want to toast my sub nor redo it.
I also bought a churro but it was cold and raw and again when I told her about it and asked for the manager, she told me he wasn’t there and she called him by phone (she walked away to the back of the kitchen) and when she came back, she insisted she was right so they didn't reimburse for the subs and the churro, all this happened in almost one hour so I spent the whole hour trying to get an answer but I got nothing because she was ignoring me and when I was trying to talk she didn't let me because she was interrupting me all the time, she was so rude and she was yelling at me, it has been my WORST experience.
I should've paid attention to Google maps reviews and also people I know told me they have had bad experiences on this store with the same employee.
At night, me and my husband had terrible stomach ache!!
The churro and the subways were the saddest ever, apart from the costumer experience. Please don’t waste your money here!!!

The guy is usually pretty friendly but you will not get your money’s worth. The meat is very thin. I asked for double meat and no way was it double.

Ordered a foot long tuna sandwich with spinach, cheese, onion, green peppers, mayo, salt and pepper.
Unwrapped my sandwich and only see bread. Very disappointed with the amount of each item on the sandwich….
I also ordered a sandwich for a coworker. He said it tasted okay, but also felt the portions were sparse.

Service was good but food is not. When I ordered my steak and cheese they put barely anything. I asked for spinach, onions, peppers and mustard and maymo. They are stingy with the fillings. she put a few spinach leaves and I asked for more and she put a couple more. I asked for more and she gave me a look like gth. When it was winter and they had broccoli cheese soup it was so runny and disgusting. We only have a few restaurants around here and sad we have to drive 15 mins or so to get good quality food.

I know everyone loves the convenience of things being located on Cantrell but please drive take those extra miles for a different subway location. I placed a mobile order for 2 foot longs. Buy one get one & instructed them to be cut in three pieces. When I came in, it looked sketchy he has the meat and bread covered. I've never been to the subway where they have the meat covered up the only thing that he allows you to see is the vegetables.He was working with somebody else. He asked me what I needed and I said I had the mobile order.He look nervous so I wanna stand over him. I sat down and hoped that he was going to do my order correctly. I get my sandwiches to the house and he skimped me on my meat on both sandwiches you're supposed to get two layers of folded meat on a turkey sub. I got one layer of meat. And a scoop of steak on my Philly cheesesteak. Both sandwiches are the thinnest sandwiches I've ever had from Subway . I've never seen nothing like this. On top of that this location doesn't accept coupons. DO NOT SHOP HERE. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONIES WORTH!
