So I know everybody knows the big package of coupons you get in the mail all the time that looks like an entire newspaper! So I see some coupons in there from Subway and I'm thinking those are pretty good so not being a coupon guy I cut those out and went to Subway by UAMS and whenever I presented the coupon to the lady behind the counter she said that they didn't accept that coupon! So I showed her all the coupons I had and she went through them one-by-one and picked out the ones that they said they would take! Mind-blown, like how can you just say you will accept this coupon but not the other ones? I'm sure that Subway franchise doesn't feel the same way but I guess each store can do whatever they want! Needless to say I won't be clipping any more coupons or gracing the Subway by UAMS with my presence ever again!Parking: The parking spots are pretty scarce along with how they have the entrance you can't get to it by just turning in you have to go all the way down to the light and make a u-turn or go through the Walgreens parking lot and cut through the bag and go down the hill is pretty ridiculous on the location and the service there was terrible! Do yourself a favor and don't go!

Unfortunately a very poor quality location. Had a worker become very upset with me today for using my reusable waterbottle to grab some extra ice for the the drink I had already purchased. Normally I wouldn’t do this but today was very hot with 100 degree temperatures and I was on my moped so I knew the ice would melt fast. She confronted me very upset and when I tried to explain she tried to get me to buy another drink if I wanted ice. I decided to leave and as I was leaving she stared at me from the doorway into the kitchen like I would rob her blind if she couldn’t see me. All I wanted was some extra ice. ?

Should be a negative star server is very rud while explaining that the coupons are not acceptable for cold cuts.....Why send send out coupons at all?will never return to this place

Used to go here somewhat regularly. Not anymore. Prices are insane, last time I went in to pick up a mobile order and he asked for my ID. ??

food is fine but they overcharge, i go to multiple subways regularly and my order is always 13 bucks, here it's almost 20. good customer service and food taste fine. if you're willing to pay 5 or 6 more bucks then normal, this is the place.
The Subway close to UAMS has been my go to location ever since they tore down the Subway on N Van Buren. The staff is friendly and they have a spacious dining room. I've stopped eating out as much altogether because the prices are going up everywhere, not just at Subway, but I think Subway prices are a little more shocking than some places. Last night I paid $16 for a footlong flatbread, a drink, and a cookie.Vegetarian options: Great options for vegetarians

Seriously, if you’re going to renovate, the professional thing to do would be to place signage for customers to be advised. Aside from this, this location does not honor Subway promotions from corporate and they take pride in nickel and dime-ing you for everything. I only patronize this location when I’m desperate for alternative food options outside of the UAMS cafeteria.

Specifically asked for my toppings to be on the side o my Turkey sub so my sandwich wouldn't be soggy , I stepped to the side for 2 mins for a business call as I step to the register to pay the employees were looking dumbfounded, didn't think much of it. I got to the office to find my sub had absolutely no Turkey and all the veggies were piled wet on my bread!! This location is horrible and badly managed .
