Let's be honest. Subway is Good. Sometimes the service is very slow. Kinda bland meats unless you star adding stuff to get some flavor. Overall worth it in a pinch when your hungry.

The service was horrible. The young lady serving me was nice, nasty for no reason whatsoever, but that's what you get a lot of times from some of these entitled, rude, disrespectful younger generation 😤😤😤 she placed all of my condiments right at the front to where it was squishing out. She didn't give me a bag and I had to place my several bags of chips in the bag myself.

I had ordered on the app and accidentally put in the wrong location which was 30 minutes farther then I was expecting, when I called the store to let them know not to make the sandwiches they were rude and refused to cancel it saying I needed to go through the app, which the app told me to contact the store. Even after I called them back and told them they said they wouldn’t do it and that I’d have to pick them up. I don’t think they was professional of them at all.

The young men behind the counter were ready to leave and groaned every time a new customer came in. They were entertaining at least. The sandwiches came out very soggy and almost completely inedible. The only redeeming quality was that they took coupons.

I wish I could give this store a zero review. Me and my wife came in on Wednesday 10/30/24 around 10:17 pm to order our subs. The store isn’t set to close til 11 pm. One female worker was mopping the flow became upset when we can in the door. We had no choice but, to walk on the floor. We apologized. We had no other way to walk.The other female was behind the register was upset cause we were about to order. Then a male came rushes out the back with a bonnet on stating that they were close and their system was down. I was like “ Come on sir yall don’t close to til 11 pm. He then stated that they were close now. He told me that he wasn’t servicing me and to look at the bread. He then begin to start saying smart comments up under his breath. He said something about my wife under his breath that I couldn’t understand. I told them I would report them to corporate. He also stated he didn’t care about corporate and to call corporate. After we walked out he then closed the door and locked it. This is very unprofessional to close a store and refuse to serve customers 45 minutes prior to your actually closing.
The worst Subway. Slow service, rude employees. It shouldn’t take long to make a freaking sandwich!

When I walked in on my lunch break I spoke to the employee and never got a response back from the employee. The young lady never asked me what I wanted. I had to tell her I felt like she was ignoring me and started talking to another employee of hers. I almost walked out until she pulled my food from behind the counter. I told her what toppings and about to get ready to pay for the food. The young man cursed and asked her when the price for the pizzas go up. She stated she changed it that morning from $7.49 to $9.49. That is a ripoff for a small pizza. She never told me about the price change. I felt so bad leaving out of there. I will NEVER go there again. Bad customer service skills at this location.
