My overall experience was immaculate. I couldn't have chosen a better restaurant to celebrate my anniversary.
Everything was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. My only recommendation would be to delay the presentation of the main meal until after the appetizers/salads were finished. It felt like we were rushed to eat the main course before it got cold. But otherwise a gem.
There are steakhouses, and then there are destinations—places you don't just eat at, but experience. Sullivan's Steakhouse in Little Rock falls decisively into the latter category, balancing polished service with a menu that hits both indulgence and refinement. I began with the Market Fresh Salad, a deceptively simple starter that revealed careful attention to detail. Crisp greens were layered with heirloom cherry tomatoes, and Gruyère cheese, each element tasting as though it had been chosen that morning. The vinaigrette leaned toward the lighter side, allowing freshness to take center stage while quietly setting the stage for the richness to follow. The centerpiece of my meal, the Château Briand, was nothing short of masterful. Presented with a sense of occasion befitting its stature, the cut was cooked to a perfect medium-rare—ruby-centered, warm, and tender enough to yield effortlessly beneath the knife. The seasoning was confident yet restrained, letting the quality of the beef shine through rather than drowning it in bravado. Each bite carried both the decadence and precision one expects from a steakhouse of this caliber. On the side, the lobster was indulgence in its purest form. Sweet, buttery, and just firm enough to remind you it was cooked with care, it paired beautifully with the richness of the beef. The interplay between the two—the earthy depth of the steak and the delicate sweetness of the lobster—made for a surf-and-turf harmony that elevated the entire meal. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere—low lighting, hushed but lively—struck a balance between fine dining elegance and comfortable familiarity. Final Verdict: Sullivan's Steakhouse delivers on its promise of classic luxury dining in Little Rock. The meal was balanced, the execution confident, and the flavors memorable. If you're looking for a dinner that feels both celebratory and substantial, this is a table worth booking.

Everything was amazing and I can't thank Sullivans Steak House enough for the decorations, great greeter “Kayla” and our phenomenal waiter “Tony” Ya'll made our Anniversary the best ever!!!
We were celebrating my wife's birthday I can't say anything g bad about the food the wait staff or the atmosphere! It was great!
The seating hostess looked like her best friend had died and and we were bothering her. Our server was great but everyone seemed to be in a hurry except to bring my salad which they forgot but then brought without charging me .I appreciate that. The food was very good as was our Pinot Noir. My chocolate martini looked like swamp water but was drinkable. Don't we will return any time soon.
Brandi was a doll! Professional yet so down to earth and kind.

With Mother’s Day being such a busy day, I expected the food service to be slow. But to my surprise that was not the case. I salute the management team and our Server Landon for providing excellent service that exceeded expectation..The complimentary framed photo and long stem flower were an added bonus.
