I can’t brag enough about how professional, friendly, and accommodating Deidra is. She is the absolute best, I ordered my red velvet birthday cake from her in April and the second I tasted it I immediately knew that the icing was homemade. It was deliciously moist and delightful. It was so amazing that a week later I placed an order for my mom’s birthday celebration. She prepared a pink and purple ‘cupcake’ cake in the shape of the number 60. She delivered the cake expeditiously and was even pleasant when I asked for a last minute change.

In a time where customer service is no longer honored she made me feel proud to support her black owned business!!! Thank you so much. My family loved the sweet treats too.

I’m only giving her a 5 star because I couldn’t give her a 10!!!!!! Amazing! We came to sweeter than me because we were disappointed with a pineapple upside down cake we got at another bakery. We told her it wasn’t gooey enough and dry. She did not disappoint!!!! Not only was the cake amazing, she included a side of the “gooey stuff”. This was for an office birthday and I can tell you, this is the first time in a long time we went in for seconds on a cake!!!!! Everyone raved about how amazing it was! If you need anything sweet, look no further! You will not be disappointed!

Also her communication was amazing and she nailed it!

Her cakes look, smell great and melt in your mouth! This is the only place I get my cakes from!

We loved the marble cake & strawberry cupcakes DeeDee made for our birthday party this past weekend. The cakes absolutely melt in your mouth...so soft!! Next time I'll request whipped icing. Hopefully she can do one of those ice cream cone drip cakes for us for next time!

My son wanted a marble cake for his birthday and Sweeter Than Me Bakery came through with flying colors. The cake was moist and delicious AND don’t even get me started on the Butter team icing, I could have eaten it by the spoonfuls! DeeDee was a professional yet personable, I will definitely be calling on her again!

Went to my Brother in laws dirty 30 and the Cake was out of this world. Exquisite taste and top quality art work!!! Best Cake I have ever had!

Ordered my daughter's birthday cake at the last minute. I gave very little instructions on what I wanted but she killed it. The cake was amazing and everyone said how good the icing was. She will definitely be my cake lady going forward.
