If I could leave no stars, I would. We never got our food, but paid for it.
We went through the drive thru at 11pm (at a 24h a day Taco Bell) and they told us they would only take our order through the app, we told our uber driver to drive around while we ordered through the app. Once we we went around, they told us to pull though to the window and then they still said they didn’t have our order so to pull all the way around a 3rd time and said they still didn’t have our order and would not take our order through the drive thru either.
We never got our food so we got screwed out of $26+. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any establishment ever. So odd to be treated that way with that little regard and with that much disrespect. They were rude and would not serve us at all. No integrity or pride in their jobs at all.
And by the way, they were taking other orders from the ppl in front of us with no issues. I know because I could see their orders on the screen when they ordered and totaled them up. Everyone involved needs to be fired from this location immediately.

I went there last nite. And the female that was talking on the speaker. Was very rude. Disrespectful the manager. Got on and was apologetic and nice. After being disrespected. I didn't want to eat there would I go back not at nite. They need more training. Or fired. Very disappointed. No I'm not The nite crew.. has always be messed up. They DNT care about customers or the quality of the food they put now

Went to place my order this evening and was met with explicitives from whatever unprofessional lady was on the headset taking the order as well as upon picking up my order from the window... look everyone's got a bad day every now and again but the attitude and behavior was entirely uncalled for from someone just placing an order. If you don't like your job then leave though I would imagine with that kind of customer service you won't have a job left anyways.

When you don't know what to eat and the hour is late, Taco Bell can provide you with sustenance to fill your belly.
That being said, it is one of the few franchise operations around here that can and will cater to vegetarian needs.

The worst place (next to Popeyes) in Little Rock. They screwed up my original order, would not give me a refund, remade (if you call it that) the order and still got it wrong. Steak burrito is missing, both Mexican pizzas are smashed and made messy, tacos broken, soft tacos made messy and full of grease. On top of that the manger was rude as old hell. People. Do your selfies a favor and go across the street to the other place!

Literally the last 4 times I ordered Taco Bell I ordered no cheese, and they proceeded to load it up extra cheese. 4 times in a row. This time I ordered around 12 pm. I called to ask for a replacement immediately after getting home, and the manager told me he couldn't because he was about to leave and offered to remake it for me tomorrow. Mind you, they’re still open for 4 more hours and it’s been minutes since I left. I said I’m hungry right now, I don’t want it tomorrow, so I asked for a refund. He said he couldn’t do that, but actually I could go back right now and they’ll remake it right now. I said nevermind, I’ll just dispute it with my bank then.
Saying he couldn’t remake it and then offering to remake it immediately after is untrustworthy. Just ridiculous.

Taco Bell always has good burritos and quesadillas. I recommend the bean and rice burrito; I always get mine with extra cheese as much as possible. I also highly recommend the steak quesadilla. Of course, you can't go wrong with nacho fries.

The slowest Taco Bell on the planet . You need to come up with a better way for your employees to expedite orders. No reason people should waiting 20 minutes to order food . Absolutely ridiculous! People standing around texting on their phone while lines are backed up to the street???? Ridiculous ! Every car that comes to the speaker at night has to immediately be placed on hold for 5 mins or longer . Shut this restaurant down !

Every single time I order from Uber Eats my order is wrong. A missing drink, or no sauce. Or if I ask for no lettuce, there’s lettuce. This Taco Bell cannot read.
This Taco Bell location is very hit or miss when it comes to food quality and speed of service. On some days, both are great, but on others, you might find yourself stuck in line for 30 minutes.
The downtown atmosphere doesn’t help, as it’s almost guaranteed that there’s a homeless person either in the parking lot or near the drive-thru window asking for money. While I understand this isn’t entirely the restaurant’s fault, it does affect the overall experience.
With improvements to customer service and some attention to the area, this location could really shine.
