Every single time I order from Uber Eats my order is wrong. A missing drink, or no sauce. Or if I ask for no lettuce, there’s lettuce. This Taco Bell cannot read.

This Taco Bell location is very hit or miss when it comes to food quality and speed of service. On some days, both are great, but on others, you might find yourself stuck in line for 30 minutes.
The downtown atmosphere doesn’t help, as it’s almost guaranteed that there’s a homeless person either in the parking lot or near the drive-thru window asking for money. While I understand this isn’t entirely the restaurant’s fault, it does affect the overall experience.
With improvements to customer service and some attention to the area, this location could really shine.

JUST CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN AND FIRE EVERYBODY ON STAFF!!!! Old lettuce; stale shells; cold meat; sloppily made (tomatoes and cheese ended up at the bottom of the bag instead of on the tacos); stingy with the sauces (ordered 5 tacos, given two sauces and acted like she didn't want to give more at the request....ma'am yall didn't even give me enough to put ONE sauce on each of my tacos.. )... Terrible experience. If I get food poisoning, Taco Bell will be hearing from me...

A homeless man was trying to approach me at the speaker so I just drove to the window to order. They told me I can't order at the window -- regardless of the homeless man that wouldn't leave me alone. So I got Sonic instead.

I have come to the conclusion that these were one of the most precious and prestigious tacos I had. These were very delightful and delicate with the person who has a heritage of one percent Mexican who loves to support his country and his Hispanics. THESE WERE SO SIGMA I STARTED EDGING TO SKIBIDI TOLIET, AFTER THAT I STARTED TO MEW AND STARTING TO SING DING DONG EAT IT UP EAT IT WELL AND MIX IT UP, These were very fine and tasty . This evidence proves my sigma claim by proving I’m the alpha and you guys are betas.
Parking: There were no good parking spots as they all came to try this delicious food.

If I could give zero stars I would, I love Taco Bell in general, but this is by far the worst taco bell I have ever ordered. The tomatoes were old and going bad, the meat was questionable, and tasted weird. My partner ordered a cantina chicken soft taco, and got a hollow hard shell with melted cheese on it with no cantina chicken.
Ordered 4 beef tacos with no cheese. Got 4 tacos containing only lettuce and a very small dollop of beans. No meat.

I don’t even leave reviews but the reviews on this Taco Bell are accurate… fire everyone on the staff.. lazy workers mad at the world they work at Taco Bell. I came here the other day and it took 20 mins for a mobile order and 4 cars went through drive through. Fast forward to tonight, at 11:15 pm I get to Taco Bell and say I have a mobile order and the dude comes outside saying they’re not taking orders? Are you kidding me? And you close at 4 am? What kind of establishment is this?

Went up there for a $1.00 App drop and couldn't figure out how to get it. Even the manager couldn't figure it out. Terrible thing. The food gave me heartburn for two days. Never eat there again

I ordered on mobile and got the meal prepared incorrectly. I went inside and told the people it was wrong and they redid it. Checked the order and it was wrong again. Couldn’t seem to figure out what I ordered so I just left.
