I place an order through the drive thru and NOT a mobile order. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, nacho fries, and cinnamon twists. I was asked to pull around front and one would assume the food would be fresh and HOT but alas it was not to be.
I was missing part of my order and went around to pick up the missing cinnamon twists. They were not only cold but missing cinnamon. How does that happen?
The nacho fries had been sitting out and were cold and stale.
The chicken quesadilla had NO chicken.
This location was NOT busy and excuse for the food to not be fresh.
This definitely was NOT worth $12.02.
Time to call corporate in this location and probably have it closed.

The worst! The slowest service. Every time I hear “pull around d to the front” and then they forget about me and I have to go inside. Also check out the pics to see how skimpy this location is. You’re better going one block farther to La Hacienda.

Really really slow. Been to this location twice and both times waited at least 20 mins. I’ve never had this long of a wait at any of the other locations in the city. The food was average.

1st time and last time going to Taco Bell at Cantrell Rd during lunch. Spend 30 minutes getting cold, tasteless food. Even the cheese dip was cold and nasty. They make sure to get your money so you dont leave then they make you drive around front. I waited so that I went in, the lobby was packed, all tables full and people standing, no one was eating, all were waiting and they were mad. People walked in then walked out. I finally got food and I check in the car, missing a damn Taco. I spent $15! Went back in and they gave me a Taco but it had a cold hard, tasteless chicken strip in it. This was awful even for the Bell. I quit eating TB a decade ago, just started back. But I won't eat at this location ever again and won't eat any Bell for a long while.

Ist and last time going to Taco Bell at 2612 Cantrell Rd in Little Rock Arkansas. Waited 35 minutes for a cold order that was wrong! Paid $15 for 3 soft tacos and a cold small cheese dip. This is awful even for the Bell. Went through the drive-thru, they make sure to get your money so you dont leave. After waiting in line, they make you pull to front door. I got tired of waiting so I went in. Lobby full of people and non of them eating! Just wow! Finally got food and they had left taco off, they grabbed one and it had some breaded chicken strip in it that was hard, cold and tasteless. Do go there unless you feel like being pissed off. Was going to post pic of my food, no place to do so.

None of my orders had enough meat. Not enough lettuce, not enough anything. If you like Taco Bell, go to the one that’s close to UAMS. The management and team was rude and unfriendly.

I ordered a protein bowl and I asked for extra lettuce.I Paid extra for steak.I asked for extra beans and the whole thing ended up costing me ten bucks and I got a miniscule amount of anything. The bowl wasn't even full. Total and complete waste of money.The worst ten dollars i've ever spent in my life. I do not recommend this restaurant and I will not be returning.
