Poorly managed. I ordered a box 9$, asked to sub the hard for a soft taco. I got a broken soft taco, cinnamon twist, a crunch wrap, and a 5 layer burrito. None of which were my order, but the time I realized I was back on the interstate. Received not a SINGLE item from my actual order.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This Taco Bell had me wait an hour to pick up my DoorDash order. I’m a dasher and don’t make hourly, yet they wasted an hour of my time. Several people tried getting workers attention but were just ignored. There were at least 20 people waiting over an hour for their food. There were plenty of people on the line, but the drive thru worker had to some off his station and do his coworkers job of handing orders out to customers in store. The workers are rude and don’t care about speed. And the establishment doesn’t care either. If they did they would stop mobile orders for the time being. The workers were understaffed and no one was helping anyone. Do better Taco Bell, because this is crazy and I don’t ever want to go into an establishment again if this is how you operate.

How is your system down everytime it’s the last hour 2:15 a.m and you can’t recieve orders but can accept DoorDash dosen’t make sense ! Every time I go to this location the system down ! Cry me a river ! Receiving a truck system down ! Last hour before close system down ! Hey we are open but the system down! Find some people who can figure out the problem because ain’t no way ! Like damn what’s the point of being open till 3:00 a.m if you can’t make sales . Just close at midnight so we know to go somewhere else !
They scream at me telling me i don’t deserve any tacos boy and they creamed on my hand and said it was sour cream it was not it was nut really disappointed with the service i wish they were more better but no they nut on me but aye atleast the salt was sweet

Standing in the building as I type this. It’s 1:32 when I pulled up no one was even in drive thru. I was pulled around for 6 tacos and a cravings box. I literally sat outside 20 mins before going in. Walked in and was not acknowledged for another 10 mins. Manager walks to the front and sees me and asked “what you want” I say my order and she turns around and on the table is my order just chilling. I was so mad I just had to leave. FIRE THE STAFF CLOSE THE STORE. Also one of the ladies sneezed and didn’t wash her hands I stg!
