Went throught the drive thru to pick up an online order. Asked the dude working the window to please make sure my order was right. Food was messed up AGAIN. They've never gotten an order of mine right. Even when I asked them to double check.

Worse taco bell ever. Ordered on line and when I went to get my food they said it would be 30 minutes cause they ran out of food. After 30 minutes of wait time they came out to my vehicle to tell me it would be another 45 minutes cause they were just learning to use the new cooker and they had not even started the rice and that would be another 45 minutes.. 😡

My domino's loco taco was 96% empty. I walked in and respectfully asked for a proper one, opening the one I had been given. An employee laughed in my face and did a little twirl, clearly taunting. A female employee arrived, 100% attitude and unhelpful. I've never been treated this poorly in my 40 years of life. This place will never see my patronage again, nor will I allow my family to eat here or any taco bell ever again, just in case the franchise owner owns multiple taco bells. He will not be rewarded for his hiring neglect.

Kind of rude. They don't carry a salt and pepper anymore.

I don't know why, but Taco Bell isn't as good as it used to be. However, everyone in the store was polite and thoughtful. Even when I spilled my water all over the cleaned floor. Thanks for being kind.

I couldn't get my very customized online order to go through. I ordered at the drive through with all the details. Kayleigh at the window, as well as the people making the food did a great job getting my order correct. I really appreciate the level of great service the whole crew gave me. There have been times when that was not the case, so it means a lot. Renee

Taco Bell is terrible, a total waste of your hard earned money! We'll never eat there again. My wife and I both ordered the 2 Chicken Chalupas Supreme Combo, total $28, and some change. They all might have had maybe a teaspoon of chicken, the tacos even less, unbelievable. Mostly just lettuce, cheese, and a few pieces of tomato. What a ripoff!

I ordered two double beef burritos, but they forgot to put any beef in either one. Turned around and went back thru the drive thru and they made me two new burritos. Service was friendly and quick; however all four burritos weren't amazing tasting like usual, they tasted like the ingredients were a little stale or not fresh.

The staff I normally see are friendly and polite. Eric is the absolute GOAT! Service speed is slow at times, but overall, a solid place.
