I've got a very large family so my orders are always big. With that being said I typically don't have a good experience with the majority of fast food locations because with big orders bad attitudes flare. This place was a breath of fresh air, the girl at the drive through had a wonderful attitude she was very kind and the food was actually made correctly with no mistakes and it was fresh. Keep up the hard work guys because you have no idea what simply being nice does for people especially me. Thank you!!!

Waited 20 minutes & paid over $30 worth of food for him to get mad because I asked for more sauce saying it’s only Sauce per item. Then the food was made very sloppy and wasn’t made how I aske. Calling corporate doesn’t really do anything so I’m just washing my hands with Taco Bell.

Pretty disappointed in the Markham location. Ordered through the app, waited 20 minutes to leave just so I knew it would be ready when I arrived. When I arrived I was the only car in the drive thru. They confirmed my order and had me pull up. Once I got up there they told me to back up behind the purple pole which my guess would be where the timer is for the ticket times sensors. I then waited another 10 minutes to get my food because they had not even started my order yet. Pretty disrespectful to the customer to have them wait in total about 35 minutes for their food from the time they ordered but have the vehicle back up so it doesn’t reflect on your true ticket time. Once I got the food the order was correct, however, every item was cold! Cold Taco Bell is hardly edible. Not impressed with this crew as I eat at this location often.

Every time I order the cheese quesadilla it has chicken on it the people making it needs to check before they just see ch and assume its chicken if someone was allergic to it they would have killed someone there was more chicken on it then there was cheese

Went throught the drive thru to pick up an online order. Asked the dude working the window to please make sure my order was right. Food was messed up AGAIN. They've never gotten an order of mine right. Even when I asked them to double check.

Worse taco bell ever. Ordered on line and when I went to get my food they said it would be 30 minutes cause they ran out of food. After 30 minutes of wait time they came out to my vehicle to tell me it would be another 45 minutes cause they were just learning to use the new cooker and they had not even started the rice and that would be another 45 minutes.. 😡 This place should be closed !!
My domino's loco taco was 96% empty. I walked in and respectfully asked for a proper one, opening the one I had been given. An employee laughed in my face and did a little twirl, clearly taunting. A female employee arrived, 100% attitude and unhelpful. I've never been treated this poorly in my 40 years of life. This place will never see my patronage again, nor will I allow my family to eat here or any taco bell ever again, just in case the franchise owner owns multiple taco bells. He will not be rewarded for his hiring neglect.
