I came through the drive thru to pick up a door dash at 1:20am and the girl working the window was rude and had an attitude! I was trying to make sure I had everything and she pops off “that’s everything “ umm okay I have a job todo I will not be getting dashes from here ever again!

We went through drive thru and lady taking order spoke very lightly. I had to ask several times what she was saying. Business places need to train their employees to speak louder and distinctly. The young lady was polite, we just could not understand her.

The night crew at this Taco Bell is so unprofessional, rude, language, ignoring customers, outside not working, rapping explicit lyrics loud. It’s crazy. I did an Online order went to the window, loud, cursing the girl open the hey to me my drink, I asked her for a cup of ice and she started to slowly close the drive-through window in my face so I yelled excuse me Is she still close the window in my face which is very disrespectful so I honked my horn and asked for a cup of ice then ALL Of the Other workers from the kitchen and all came to the window and stared at me in a disgusting way I didn’t feel safe and I most definitely didn’t feel comfortable with the Kitchen crew making my food I told them that and asked for a refund she Told me that I would have to do it all online since I made it all online order. I did say that I will be reporting them. She said that’s fine by close the window in my face. I did not get my food and I will be calling for my refund. The atmosphere at that place is disgusting, ghetto and they Need new management

The ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE OLDER LADY IN THE WINDOW. She was rude, rushing, had no manners or customer service etiquette. She looked like she absolutely hated her job and wanted to leave. Completely unprofessional. She needs to retire or get a reality check. Maybe she was having a bad day or something but if it was that bad that she treats customers like that then she should’ve stayed home or should find a new job. I get it’s only Taco Bell but I’ve never experienced such negative and pathetic attitude from a fast food worker. I hope this gets seen and it’s her 3rd strike, because she needs to be out.

The food is fine but the attitude of the night staff is abhorrent. Cold, apathetic, short, acting like you're bothering them for daring to place an order at the drive through. I get it, nobody wants to work fast food at midnight, but it's the job you signed up for. Didn't even bother to ask if I wanted any sauce. Not a word when asking for my card, just sticking her hand out the window and looking at me. I don't think a complete sentence was ever said. My crunch wrap supreme barely had beef in it.

This is our go-to, closest-to-the-house taco bell and every single time we dine here, the staff is always nice and respectful and they never skimp on the ingredients like some other taco bells, but our only gripe is that they seem to have an employee that apparently sleeps in one of the booths in the lobby where customers eat. I'm not judging anyone's work or home life but having anybody sleep in a dining area of a restaurant is totally not professional.

Pulled to the drive thru, there rudest black person with red hair is taking orders 🤦🏾‍♂️ give someone a job who wants to be at work cause the attitude was very unnecessary. Clearly she was there so she can get her red hair redone. Then I order a #10. A steak burrito combo that only had 5 straps of steak on it. It was hot, but skimpy. The girl need to be in the back with trash and dishes if she doesn't feel like dealing with customers

Stopped by on our way home from work (at 10:20pm on 01/21/25) to pick up our nearly $40 worth of food. The employee with the headset was completely unintelligible upon giving them my name at the speaker box, and when we got around the building to the window they never said a single word. Not one. The tortillas were old, falling apart, and two burritos had been double wrapped because they split before the employee got them into the paper.

If you're going to pay an exorbitant amount for mediocre food, at least go where you're appreciated and stop at the restaurant right off the interstate - this one isn't worth the extra .12 mile drive. There's several other taco stands with MUCH better food and service within a mile of this if you're set on that particular taste.

tl:dr - it's just not worth it here.

Why is Taco Bell putting their company over here if they can’t even get good people. I came here after going to another Taco Bell and still disappointed. They are missing half my order and they rushed us out not even wanting to take my order and on top of that they couldn’t even cook the food all the way. It tasted so bad. If I were manager, general manager or have any say in hiring or being apart of this company I would fire everyone there and put people who actually want to work. I’m really don’t going to Taco Bell now.

Staff is beyond rude. Staff could not keep up with orders. Screamed to not take any more orders. I waited over 10 minutes to pay for my order after I ordered at the kiosk. After waiting this amount of time the woman working behind screamed at the rest of the staff to not take any more orders because they needed to catch up. The sad fact is they weren't that busy. I ended up leaving and going to subway.
