Pulled to the drive thru, there rudest black person with red hair is taking orders šŸ¤¦šŸ¾ā€ā™‚ļø give someone a job who wants to be at work cause the attitude was very unnecessary. Clearly she was there so she can get her red hair redone. Then I order a #10. A steak burrito combo that only had 5 straps of steak on it. It was hot, but skimpy. The girl need to be in the back with trash and dishes if she doesn't feel like dealing with customers

Stopped by on our way home from work (at 10:20pm on 01/21/25) to pick up our nearly $40 worth of food. The employee with the headset was completely unintelligible upon giving them my name at the speaker box, and when we got around the building to the window they never said a single word. Not one. The tortillas were old, falling apart, and two burritos had been double wrapped because they split before the employee got them into the paper.

If you're going to pay an exorbitant amount for mediocre food, at least go where you're appreciated and stop at the restaurant right off the interstate - this one isn't worth the extra .12 mile drive. There's several other taco stands with MUCH better food and service within a mile of this if you're set on that particular taste.

tl:dr - it's just not worth it here.

Why is Taco Bell putting their company over here if they can’t even get good people. I came here after going to another Taco Bell and still disappointed. They are missing half my order and they rushed us out not even wanting to take my order and on top of that they couldn’t even cook the food all the way. It tasted so bad. If I were manager, general manager or have any say in hiring or being apart of this company I would fire everyone there and put people who actually want to work. I’m really don’t going to Taco Bell now.

Staff is beyond rude. Staff could not keep up with orders. Screamed to not take any more orders. I waited over 10 minutes to pay for my order after I ordered at the kiosk. After waiting this amount of time the woman working behind screamed at the rest of the staff to not take any more orders because they needed to catch up. The sad fact is they weren't that busy. I ended up leaving and going to subway.

I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at Taco Bell. I ordered a chalupa, expecting the warm, crispy shell and fresh toppings that Taco Bell is known for. Instead, I was handed what can only be described as a disaster. The chalupa shell was uncooked—soft and doughy, completely unappetizing—and was sloppily wrapped around the meat and toppings, which were cold. The entire thing looked like it was thrown together with zero care or effort.

This is absolutely unacceptable. If this is the level of quality they are offering, I would strongly recommend no one ever visit this location. Save your time, money, and appetite—go elsewhere. This Taco Bell has clearly set the bar at rock bottom, and I won’t be back.

I distinctly asked for fresh nacho fries and I said that I was willing to wait... I was asked to park in the mobile spot and they would bring it out to me. I waited, but they still brought me lukewarm fries.? I went right back in the store to let them know the fries were not hot. The young lady I spoke with acted like she didn't believe me and said to her co-worker, she said the fries are not hot. Her co-worker dropped some more fries. I had to wait yet again for the fresh fries. This is not the first time that this has happened to me at this location, but it is the first time that I have gone back in to get fresh, hot fries. Nacho Cheese fries are NOT good unless they are HOT!

Worst customer service EVER! Would not recommend. Late night empty lobby and drive thru. Employees declined to take two orders and would only take two orders if we drove around their building AFTER receiving the first order. Two employees came outside to try to intimidate me.

Well the young lady taking my order was fairly friendly, the overall experience was very lacking this is not a burrito supreme and it especially does not have the extra sour cream I requested.

Taco Bell, I don’t know if I will ever eat there again. I visited my local Taco Bell and this is what I received. To top it off, I dinned inside so it’s not like the food got cold or soggy. The tacos barely had anything inside it and the potato fries were like little rocks with cheese sauce on them. With the prices as high as they are, this is absolutely wrong!!!
