I ordered Uber eats and forgot to add the sauces. I called Taco Bell & Areba was so sweet on the phone. Wonderful customer service! She made sure I got my hot / fire sauce. Thank you areba!

Not only was the person taking my order(around 2:20pm) not paying attention to what I was saying but was laughing and joking with others in the store. I was given someone else’s order but mine was still made incorrectly. The past two times I’ve gone to this location my food has been made incorrectly. The staff doesn’t not care or listen to anything you tell them.

Excellent late-night experience at the Colonel Glenn location! I was genuinely impressed by the freshness of the food, even at a late hour. My order was perfectly correct, and the hard taco was great. Best of all, the Baja Blast was the absolute best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend this Taco Bell.

The service here is very slow. The one blk woman was just hanging out in the lobby playing on her phone instead of helping customers. You’re forced to use these kiosks instead of being able to actually order them have to wait 15 minutes just to get my drink and another 20 or so for food while employees are laughing and playing on their phones.

We went through drive thru and lady taking order spoke very lightly. I had to ask several times what she was saying. Business places need to train their employees to speak louder and distinctly. The young lady was polite, we just could not understand her.
