The guy Ronnie was a great help, he took my order perfectly and quickly without rush. And I saw he continued to maintain his customer service while making sure my order was correct when I got it. I had first went to the store on Colonel Glenn and the person who took my order took almost 10 minutes and still couldn't get it right, it was at most 7 things so I went to John Barrow which ended with perfect and fast service.

My food was OK, sweet tea was pale, had barely any tea taste. I went inside to get a refund, was told no refund but given an unsweetened tea also very weak. I called their customer service number, bc I paid cash they wouldn't refund either but offered to email a voucher for a free item which I've yet to receive.

If your in a hurry dont eat here took us 30min to get our food! The cashier in the front had stuff messed up and we seen him run over to the gas station in the middle of lunch ? Came back with a red bull and complete chaos! Never again ! Only good thing is the food was fresh and hot!
