i just left there a lady with orange braids she was so rude i was doing doordash and she was rude if this wh yal have in yall restaurants i definitely wont be back .

The food is always amazing. Well, I'll take that back i only order the beefy 5 layer burrito. The service is sucky most times. The servers typically lack professionalism but in this day and age, the cheaper the food the more you shouldn't expect professionalism
Upon placing my order at the Taco Bell on North Rodney Parham road Little Rock Arkansas I was giving the wrong order four times this is the worst service I've ever experienced in my entire life at any restaurant ever

Very unprofessional on Saturday Feb 15th, 2025 time at 10 18pm....Ive asked for a veggie Mexican pizza with extra cheese and double steam the pizza....I got to the window and asked have they double steamed it...they said yes including the manager that made the pizza and lie about it...so when I opened the box...Im shocked they're serving pizza with unmet cheese...I said can I have my refund back please and you can hear the manager running her mouth nonstop. I got my refund and I won't be back again. So keep the unmelt pizza.
Vegetarian options: You might as well make your own at home especially dealing with some of them.who don't care about how they make your food.
