The food is always amazing. Well, I'll take that back i only order the beefy 5 layer burrito. The service is sucky most times. The servers typically lack professionalism but in this day and age, the cheaper the food the more you shouldn't expect professionalism

Very unprofessional on Saturday Feb 15th, 2025 time at 10 18pm....Ive asked for a veggie Mexican pizza with extra cheese and double steam the pizza....I got to the window and asked have they double steamed it...they said yes including the manager that made the pizza and lie about it...so when I opened the box...Im shocked they're serving pizza with unmet cheese...I said can I have my refund back please and you can hear the manager running her mouth nonstop. I got my refund and I won't be back again. So keep the unmelt pizza.
Vegetarian options: You might as well make your own at home especially dealing with some of them.who don't care about how they make your food.

I was immediately upset opening the cheese for the nacho fries and it ain’t even a spoon full…. Do better.
Overwhelmingly impressed that not one, but every single thing I ordered was botched and wrong. Not a single correct item in all of my entire order. May as well have ordered in Hebrew and asked for everything I never wanted. They literally messed up the sauce. Insane. I asked for Hot and Fire, the screwed my entire order up and topped it off with some Mild sauce. Bravo Taco Bell, Bravo. May as well have lit my money on fire and watched it burn before my very eyes.

I am new to little rock, however I am not new to Taco Bell. This Taco Bell is a good one. I have come to this one quite a few times now and it's always been good. They make the food the way it's supposed to be made, even when it's a big order. At other Taco Bells if you order 5 bean burritos you get 1 decent one and 4 mostly tortilla and watery beans. This one has done it right every time and I am a thankful customer for that.
