Finally, People that I was looking directly at, and we’re totally ignoring me, said use the kioskThen, when my order came, they handed me a cup and the ice/Drink machine wasn’t working out in the customer area so again I asked can I get some ice about 15 times And again they ignored me until a guy finally responded saying I i’m doing something I’ll get it when I’m done. I waited another few minutes and said please can I get some ice ice? It’s taking me 30 minutes and I’m the only one in the Restaurant this is ridiculous and he said I’m working and looked at me with this stupid looked like I was crazy asking for help. I will never go to this Taco Bell At 9600 RODNEY Param Road Little Rock Ar 72227 again. Everybody in the store should be fired. They are totally not selling your product or wanting to do their job. I wish I would’ve recorded it on my phone cause one I felt unsafe by the employees reaction to asking multiple times for help and two it’s unbelievable to think you can pay money to visit someone’s restaurant and be treated this way. I tried to contact corporate and was on hold for 20 minutes. Finally after wasting an hour I gave up and just posted it here.DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL EVER

Cinnamon twist always taste like they are sprayed with chemicals. Tale tail sign of rancid oil, and it isn’t getting changed. I would not get anything from this Taco Bell, find another one.

I drive from Chenal to get my food here! I’ve tried our “newly built” Taco Bell over here and it’s a complete miss! The Taco Bell on Bowman and the one down town are hit or miss. So, Mrs. Sharon, all other managers, and employees.. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! The food is fresh, fast, and delivered with a smile. My only minor critique would be to make the food a little bit neater. However, I understand that when you’re putting food out very quickly, it can get a little messy.Much love and respect for what you guys do,Monet

The food was OK but no better. Very sloppy I had a burrito my husband had soft tacos. Both were sloppy. My food was hot ? or I would have complained. We did try the nacho fries. Which were great. They served the nacho cheese on the side which was perfect since it was way to spicy for me but not my husband. The fries were the bright spot of the meal.I honestly thought I was served the wrong burrito as it looked so different from the picture. They had a chicken wrap big box on the menu board but they no longer offer anything chicken according to the cashier. My husband was going to order it. Overall I'd say we won't be back to the taco bell on Rodney Parm Rd. In Little Rock.Parking: Lots of parking available Maybe that should have warned us ?.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking, the entrance has a lip to get over like most places that do not have sliding doors.

After going to closest 2 taco bells and them being out of stuff or system down we came here. 2am, open, had everything, friendly and good. Good job guys. Their loss is your gain.
just came from up there I got two crunchy tacos and a power bowl , first set of tacos barely had any meat on them called up there came back up there and received two more tacos WITH STILL LITTLE TO NO MEAT ON THERE !!! very unacceptable for paying $30 for food and it not be done right two time smh !!

On the door said they opened at 8 am. Tried going into the lobby to get some breakfast and the lobby was closed. Called and asked if their lobby was open and the guy who answered just hung up the phone and didn’t even care enough to answer the question. Will not be coming back and recommend anyone and everyone avoid this terrible establishment

Bro every single time I’ve ordered here, the staff is so damn rude. The night shift is just awful, if you hate your job, quit. They be letting just anybody work now, if you don’t like customer service then don’t work it. I’ve been in line at the drive through and have literally heard the staff yelling and threatening to fight other customers that were at the window trying to get their food. Like literally horrible staff. When I pull up to the window to get my food I’ve heard on multiple occasions a woman in the back cussing and yelling cause she mad about a customer or something. Do better y’all …come on.
