It was way better than I was expecting. I was feeling car sick so I didnt immediately eat my food. The taco was cold by the time I ate it but it was actually good. The shell wasn't soggy yet which is shocking!!!! It was late night as well.

The food was fine and it was hot, but the tables were not clean. There was stuff on the tables and food on the chairs that nobody had bothered to clean up. There was stuff on the floor too just leave a bad impression. There were staff members that will come look around and then leave not bothering to clean up so just a heads up

This is one of the Taco Bells I'll never return to. I've tried & tried with them but after last night I'm done. First off, at night they have those young kids that don't want to work shutting down at 1&2 o'clock. Won't even answer the speaker. I have a picture of one of them sitting chilling on the counter on his phone. MANAGERS on Geyer Springs, that's the reason why your sales are down at night, it's not because you're not getting customers, it's because they're either saying we're closed or they'll say we have run out of ground beef! One time when they said they were out of ground beef I said Well give me steak They then said they were out of shells! SMH!!! The daytime is way different & better. Then last night I ordered delivery & it took almost an hour & I live 11 mins away! Food was cold & I was missing a whole meal & both drinks. I called & called no answer. I even called today from 11-3 still no answer. I need a refund ASAP! Something needs to be done!

Decent food, employees are fine. I mean it's taco bell haha. In other words it's not a 5 star experience, but by taco bell standards it's actually pretty decent.

I paid over 20 bucks for my food I called for days to tell the manager about these wet chalupas I gave her the receipt and she claimed she do not see it in the system. This is ridiculous I spent the money on food I had to throw away. Very unprofessional management.

I didn't get three of the things that I ordered and I had to walk a long way no one answers the phone up there long story short I spent $34 and didn't get half of my stuff
First of all I called before I went to get food from here. They said they would be open till 4am. We arrived there around 9 or 10. When we pulled up to the drive thru to order food we were told to wait because they were switching shifts . We were told it would take 15 to 20 minutes … they then told us to pull up to the window and when we got to the window two guys were standing at the drive thru window on their phones. We agreed that we were just gonna go to another Taco Bell. I think the manager should hire better workers so they won’t lose so much business.

The worst
Experience of my life. Waited an hour for my order. Do not go here. Staff acted like they were high and didn’t know what was going on.
They only take mobile orders and online orders and won’t take anyone else’s after 9pm and can’t put anything about it online. Terrible service and terrible attitude cause when we arrived she told us twice and with bad attitude I won’t go here anymore.as you can see from the reviews they should shut this place down already. Terrible company
