I didn't get three of the things that I ordered and I had to walk a long way no one answers the phone up there long story short I spent $34 and didn't get half of my stuff
First of all I called before I went to get food from here. They said they would be open till 4am. We arrived there around 9 or 10. When we pulled up to the drive thru to order food we were told to wait because they were switching shifts . We were told it would take 15 to 20 minutes … they then told us to pull up to the window and when we got to the window two guys were standing at the drive thru window on their phones. We agreed that we were just gonna go to another Taco Bell. I think the manager should hire better workers so they won’t lose so much business.

The worst
Experience of my life. Waited an hour for my order. Do not go here. Staff acted like they were high and didn’t know what was going on.
They only take mobile orders and online orders and won’t take anyone else’s after 9pm and can’t put anything about it online. Terrible service and terrible attitude cause when we arrived she told us twice and with bad attitude I won’t go here anymore.as you can see from the reviews they should shut this place down already. Terrible company

Terrible location. Always out of menu items. Ordered pick up the other day and waited over 30 minutes then they cancelled because menu items were not available. Give me a break. Window people are kind of rude

Went there last night when they should have been opened, they were just sitting there talking and playing on their phones. And told me that they weren't take any more orders for another 20 minutes, when they were supposed to be open. Three other customers left to because they weren't working. This morning they forgot a third of my order that i placed.

refusing service , telling everyone they can only take door dash or mobile orders they not close she walking around with her hands in her pocket not doing anything the manager the rudest one first he said i wasn’t going to get my order so i refused to move out the drive thru until he can talk respectful after sitting in line ten minutes he finally comes back and try to change it to if i park he will bring it out this the most sorry trifling location you can ever come to at this of the night the service is horrible claimed he had 5 cars already parked the same five cars is the employee cars if your wondering why your constantly losing business it’s due to this.

Horrible work ethic! In line placing a huge order and the woman there said they only do small orders??? Another time they said they were not making more orders (9:28pm). I thought Taco Bell closed at 1am!? Either way, corporate has been notified! If yall don't want to work, just say so and go elsewhere

Honestly no stars. Kids not wanting to do their jobs or answer the phone. When customers call. I want my money back. This is bs. Food not made right and cold not fully cooked. Would love for corporate to reach out to me.

It never fails at 1200 at night whether you do a mobile order or go through the drive through they are saying they are doing a shift change or they don't have meat this makes no sense. I work nights and get off at midnight so the food options are low. I had to cancle my order last night due to no meat now tonight it's the exact same thing

If I could give under 1 star. I would. Skip this Taco Bell, the drive thru window employee was rude, didn't want to do his job, high as can be and couldn't even take the time to say you're welcome when I said thank you.
