Staff, and the food is usually a hit or a miss. It has been more of a miss lately! I prefer this one over John Barrow, untl lately. Today everything was a big miss! Most of the workers do not care, and do not take pride in their work!

Ordered food last night. The nacho fries were super old, cold, and hard. The cinnamon twists stunk like old grease, and tasted horrid. My beefy five layer was not great. My Pepsi zero tasted like they probably never clean their nozzles.

I was so excited to have taco bell. I haven't had it in years. The food was ok but the cinnamon twists(which I love) were either cooked in old oil or from 2 days ago. I had to throw them away they were rancid in taste.

They never get your order right. I have placed order through the app and when I get there for pick up they say they dont have the order. I have to get the support on the app to get a refund.

I have tried to give this specific location several times. I don’t prefer cheese on my tacos, and every time I order “soft taco, meat and lettuce only, please no cheese” they always say “no cheese correct” and somehow only put cheese and meat on the taco.
I also ordered a thing of cinnamon twist.. I thought that meant cinnamon was to be put on there, maybe some sugar?? Nope. Plain as could be.
PLUS: got a few things of lettuce in it.
Love Taco Bell, hate the location. Won’t be back to this one!

I’ll tell you what, you go there on a Saturday morning and you’ll get the freshest, best Taco Bell food with extremely friendly staff. My order was perfect and I ordered a lot. I don’t write a lot of reviews but this Taco Bell legit makes perfect tacos

I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell on 06/28/25 around 11:17 PM. I went through the drive-thru, and the employee told me, “Give me a minute.” I waited 5–7 minutes with no update. Then she told me to “turn around.” I followed her instructions, thinking I was supposed to go to the window to place my order.

When I got to the window, she asked, “What do you have?” I explained that she had told me to turn around. She then spoke to her coworker and said, “That’s the car I told to turn around.” Meanwhile, she had taken the orders of three cars that were originally behind me and then told me to go to the back of the line again.

She never apologized or explained anything. I felt disrespected and treated unfairly, possibly because of my accent. I hope management addresses this and ensures all customers are treated with basic respect.
