I’ll tell you what, you go there on a Saturday morning and you’ll get the freshest, best Taco Bell food with extremely friendly staff. My order was perfect and I ordered a lot. I don’t write a lot of reviews but this Taco Bell legit makes perfect tacos

I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell on 06/28/25 around 11:17 PM. I went through the drive-thru, and the employee told me, “Give me a minute.” I waited 5–7 minutes with no update. Then she told me to “turn around.” I followed her instructions, thinking I was supposed to go to the window to place my order.

When I got to the window, she asked, “What do you have?” I explained that she had told me to turn around. She then spoke to her coworker and said, “That’s the car I told to turn around.” Meanwhile, she had taken the orders of three cars that were originally behind me and then told me to go to the back of the line again.

She never apologized or explained anything. I felt disrespected and treated unfairly, possibly because of my accent. I hope management addresses this and ensures all customers are treated with basic respect.

: I apologize for the inconvenience I caused when I made my order I placed it saying no lettuce and extra cheese sauce. When I received my tacos they had lettuce. They took them so it wasn't a problem and then toss them on the counter without even addressing me when they were done with it. My apologies for coming into your establishment

I went to this Taco Bell and I told them I wanted 2. Number 7s with no lettuce on my soft taco and 3 soft tacos with no lettuce.. They gave me the complete opposite of my order I had to leave and come back twice and they still messed my order up. And when I came up there the 2nd time the line was soooo packed and the girl that took my order had a whole bonnet on then by the time I got home my food was very cold.

I wish they knew when to throw out the shells for the Mexican pizza. It has a horrible taste when when they are old. I had one today and oh my it was disgusting and I couldn't eat it. I wasted my money getting this.

I can definitely tell the employees hate their job. Super dry demeanor. "Taco Bell..your total is $5.00" nothing else was said lol no thank you no you're welcome. I'm cool with that as long as the food is good. I got a loaded beef nacho. There wasn't guacamole or sour cream. Just a big scoop, yes still in scoop form, of beans and beef and cheese. Dry nachos with a doodie scoop lollllll okayyyyy....wish I could just eat at home but unfortunately I'm NOT LOCAL. Hospitality ain't y'all's thing

Fat night shift manager rude. Missing items. The items I did get were old and hard. Meat was in my pintos and cheese. No spoon for my beans. When I called to report the issue, fatty got an attitude and hung up on me. That’s alright. I’ll talk to store manager and corporate tomorrow
