Just walked inside the restaurant with my husband and our nephew to get something to eat, and neither of the two people we saw took the time to acknowledge us or tell us they would be right with us as we waited patiently for someone to come to the counter and take our order. They seemed more interested in taking their sweet time tying some bags closed than taking our order. The place had one person eating in the dining room and no one in the drive thru. I can't imagine what could have been more important than taking care of three waiting customers right in front of you. All three us left never to return. We didn't even get to order.

When I came in, there was a front worker sitting in the front of the restaurant. She just watched me order and I waited for my drink cup. She did not want to get up so I got it myself and it made her upset. She told me next time ask, I told her next time be upfront at the counter. I have watched her now watch other people come in and order and not get off her chair to help them, she just kept on her phone.

Look I never leave reviews, but at this point they need clean house and hire a whole new crew! I was the only person in line. The food was cold, thrown together, and the order was wrong. The drastic difference between this location down the road is uncanny. If this was the first time I would say they were having a bad day, I even wait to see if they get new staff but that never makes a difference.

Tried to come through drive thru at 1:45am. Saw a guy walking around doing stuff. A female popped her head around the corner and saw that there were 2 cars waiting but then nothing. It's almost as if they don't want our business. She finally came to the intercom and asked if I had a mobile order. They apparently aren't taking orders bc their system is down. Is that true? How is that possible?? Does your system go down?? If so, you might want to fix that so you can add more sales. If you have a system that goes down frequently, how long does that take bc she didn't even give me a time to when she could start taking orders.

This Taco Bell has a different excuse to not serve anyone after ten pm every visit. It’s not just this Taco Bell, it’s every Taco Bell in Little Rock. It is getting very annoying.
