I wanted to share an experience, my 86-year-old dad had when he visited there last week. He had just returned from a doctors appointment and needed something to eat. He went inside for a sit down meal. He went to the cash register to order, but was told he needed to place his own order on their kiosk. Mind you, he’s 86, doesn’t hear or see very well and uses a cane. He has no experience using computers or laptops or smart phones or anything of the sort. He attempted to use the kiosk, but was having trouble placing the order and asked for help. He said one of the male employees came around and sort of showed him how to use it and then walked away. My father was still having difficulties trying to read and place the order And he said everyone was just sort of ignoring him and not paying attention so he just walked out. I myself I’m so disgusted with this. Do it yourself ordering. People working nowadays Want to work as little as possible, but Still expect to get paid. There’s no social interaction with customers. I have actually ordered on one of their kiosk before, and even I have difficulty trying to put my order in. It takes longer trying to figure things out and push the right buttons and look for what you need when it could’ve easily been done by a worker behind the counter, that knows exactly how to traverse the computer and place an order. No wonder so many people prefer to just go through the drive-through. It’s really sad.

This is the worst Taco Bell I ever been to first let me start off with the cashier Thomara J. She has like the worst customer service she do not need to take nobody’s order. I was looking at my food to make sure everything was okay. They gave me burnt chips. The chalupa was nasty. The manager that worked with Ms. Thomara J has a bad attitude. The whole staff has terrible attitudes to be working at a fast food restaurant. I will not eat at this Taco Bell anymore. I will let people know about this place as well.

The food was awful the taco shell was stale and the cheeses was dried out. Won't go back there again taco bell is my fav and I don't get to eat out much was very disappointed

The bean and rice burritos were good… but the breakfast Crunchwrap was thrown together poorly and it was missing the hash brown that comes inside it. I really want to like this location because it’s closest to me but the food quality is too inconsistent.

I ordered a meal that had no jalapeño but did have jalapeño ranch sauce. I requested extra sauce but the worker who took my order added jalapeños. I took it back to the counter and politely explained the mistake. The worker was so stoned he could hardly open his eyes. I watched him take it to the counter and rather than make me a fresh one correctly he picked the jalapeños off it and smothered it in sauce. The juice from the jalapeño was still all over the food making it too spicy to eat. Will not return.

Slow service. Dirty dining area. Floor is slick. The lady was rude to the 2 gentlemen in front of us. We got our food before the 2 gentlemen. We ate our food and the 2 gentlemen are still waiting for their food. They served everyone after the 2 gentlemen and they still don't have their food.
