Tonight was the last time! Almost never is our meal accurate or even all complete. When my portion is wrong, I am left without dinner. When we pay overpriced delivery, at least I can get a refund when all my stuff is made with lettuce and sauce when requested to have it left off.

We have placed an o line order before and driven 30 minutes to pickup after thegirk flagged it ready. When we arrived, she said she couldn’t make not one item on our order and didn’t know how to refund or to inform us before hand. She still couldn’t refund us that night.

Now here’s tonight issue. His and orders 3 cantina tacos for me. Requests no lettuce no sauce. They made them with stuff. Husband drives back around, asks again to be made without lettuce and sauce. He gets told okay. Tried to peak before coming home and thought he was in the clear. NO. The sauce is mixed in at the bottom of the taco. So now I have 6 tacos I can’t eat, spent about $50 on our meal, and he wasted 1 hour and 20 minutes during this ordeal.

Stopped for lunch today and was asked if I was paying cash or card. Told him cash and he said they was not excepting cash at this time. So i went next door to Whataburger they glady excepted my cash. While eatting my Whataburger i starter reading what others have said about the TacoBell and after reading them it sound like they done me a favor by refusing to except my cash dont know how a place with those kind of reveiws stays in buisness

They were out of shells for the Mexican pizza, which is specifically what I go to taco bell for. I also don't like having to clean a table for use when the restaurant is empty, this location appeared to have staffing issues possibly, I would definitely try another location.

Online advertising says open until 3. Called at 11:59 and they were closed as we drive by. Online is not accurate. Do not recommend for post night activities. I’m sure the food is great otherwise

The woman working at noon on Thursday, August 12 needs to be fired. She’s crazy unprofessional, yelling, cursing (all the words) at the kitchen staff. They made someone’s order wrong and she went off on the other workers. Cannot believe they held their tongues being spoken to like that. She’s crazy unprofessional didn’t even try to speak low…. literally yelling and screaming and there are small children in here.

Stay away from this Taco Bell. Service is horrible. 21 minutes to prepare. They forgot to provide the cup that came with the meal. I was ignored when requesting a cup. Finally the young lady provided a cup but was furious for doing so. I took a ton of napkins and sauce home with me as compensatory damages and left a mess behind.

I have to go here because it’s the o ly Taco Bell close to my work and I like the 5$ box but every time I come my order is wrong. Not once have I received a correct order and all I normally ask for is no sour cream or for something grilled.
