I usually have a missing item/items about 80% of the time. The other 20% they get right is when I have less than 3 items. 5 or more guaranteed to be missing something. Food is on par as far as fast food goes. Just the service is lacking. Owners/managers need to know that west Little Rock folk don’t end up going back to places that have horrible service. Remember whataburger, now it’s near dead because they suffer from the same issues.

I really want this place to succeed, I really do.However my last time out here was nothing short of the worst experience of service I've ever had at a fast food place.I arrived at 8:09 pm, put a to go order in and waited 25 minutes for them to START making my order.Twice they asked if I was picking up food during this time.As far as I can tell, there is a problem with the drive thru orders being prioritized over the dine in orders. When I arrived there were 4 cars in line. When I finally left after the 25 minute wait there were none.I have a hard time believing that there weren't other cars that arrived after my order was placed that were served before my order came out.

Honestly, one of the best Taco Bells I have ever been to. Always take care of any special needs or requests. Hot, fresh and properly made food. Everything you could hope for from a Taco Bell visit. Waited to see if the new store would continue to hold up, and they have won back my business for the company regularly.

I know this TBell has bad reviews but to be honest I have barely had issues coming here. Granted I typically place an online order, but out of ten times I think there's only been twice they messed up my order. MOST of the time my food comes out great and the staff are fairly friendly so I'll give it a good rating.

If this place was in a country where people were starving they would have a problem giving food away. It's called slop in a tortilla. My wife stopped in last night and it was yukie watered-down beans mixed with a little meat it's hard to describe how bad everything was , read my first sentence
