The food was very tasty but they hardly put meat on the taco burger. It looks nothing unlike the picture. By the time you add meat you're paying double the price. I go there everytime I'm in Little Rock.

This is the crappiest TB ever!!! (Markham Rd) I rarely ever give bad reviews but the woman who took our order between 5:15 and 5:35 this afternoon was absolutely RUDE!!! They barely gave any rice or beans in our whollota platers. Our taco shell was so horribly hard and tasted like it had been microwaved several times. There was barely guacamole or sour cream. Not even a spoon full per order. The lady griped at me for getting salsa, peppers, ect per order. I ordered 5 meals for 5 people and spent about $50 for us on 2 separate orders. One order was over 29 dollars and the other was over 13. 2 whollotta platers, 2 tacos, and 2 beefy nachos salads. We were going to buy a side order of guacamole, but with that RUDE woman, I stopped the order. I will NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone. My nephew said they barely put any cheese in their nachos and the chips were soggy. We only live about 10 to 12 min from there.
If you want good service go to Baseline or the one in Bryant.

The guy behind the counter never acknowledged me walking in…I looked over the menus on the wall to determine what I wanted but while doing that there was another person in the sitting area on the phone with a doctor’s office openly discussing a colonoscopy procedure. As I was about to get the attention of the guy behind the counter he again never acknowledged me, comes from behind the counter pulls up a chair to listen to the conversation that was taking place between the person in the eating area and some doctor’s office about a colonoscopy procedure. Mind you, he comes out from the kitchen area with gloves on that are now contaminated with everything he is touching in the eating area, at this point I just left knowing I would never return. Here are some possible signage suggestions for management to place at the front door when they don’t want to be bothered with customers.
“We are temporarily closed.”
“A little cross-contamination never hurts anyone.”
“This is not a working eating establishment, just a place for our family and friends to hang out.”
“When you walk in and we don’t acknowledge you, that’s your clue to leave.”
They received one star because the review section would not open otherwise. They deserve a zero.

Just had lunch there. Not much of a fast food person but quality of service was good and the ingredients were really fresh! Kudos to management. Wish all fast food outings were of this quality.

As soon we walked in the store, we get no greeting or ANYTHING! It is completely empty in the world. The restroom was completely closed down for all the customers. The lady wouldn’t even open the bathroom for a little girl. She didn’t even say a hello or anything and was just staring me weirdly and giving me a dirty look the whole time. She did not even give me a proper greeting at all! She was giving me an attitude the whole time! I eat out almost 5 times a day out and it is very important to have hospitality and to greet customers. I come here to eat and pay for the food and I get showed no welcomeness or hospitality. I asked at least can I get a smile here to make me feel welcomed. Like what’s wrong are you upset ? And then she said “I don’t always need to smile.” and straight up was rude to me and still gave me an attitude.

The restroom had no soap. And stunk and the door to the ladies restroom the door was peeling from water damage I guess. The ladies clean really good but it still smells bad. And being someone that is handicap and you drive up and seeing the owner and his vet setting in the only handicapped with no stickers showing to be handicapped.

I goes into the restaurant and spend 26$ and asked to use the bathroom but was told the Bathrooms are Closed I was fixing to eat inside but that changed my whole perspective.. that’s pitiful having the both bathrooms closed they wasn’t out of order or closed due to clean up but just closed … I should be able to use the restroom definitely if I’m spending money in the Buisness.. this was a pitiful experience

This is my second time trying Taco Beno, and I can confirm that I am not a fan of this place. I would rather go to Taco Bell. I visited today in hopes of giving them another chance, but the food was not satisfactory; it was bland. The only thing that added any flavor was the jalapeños. I’m sorry, but I will not be trying Taco Beno again.

Food good. The drive thru folks could be a little friendlier.
