Ordered 2 beef burritos as part of our order. When I got home I had 2 bean burritos. How difficult is it to get it right? When I got to the restaurant to pick our up at 7:50, there were no other customers. Not like you were busy and mixed it up.

I had never been to Taco Bueno, but I was impressed, not necessarily by the food, but particularly with the lady who took my order. She showed kindness and professionalism. Her warm smile instantly made me feel welcome, and her attentiveness to my preferences was commendable. I could tell she genuinely cared about making my experience enjoyable. I left Taco Bueno with not only a satisfied appetite but also a newfound appreciation for the importance of excellent customer service. It seems that this Taco Bueno has recently given some people really bad experiences, but I'm here to tell you that I think they've hired some new people, because I just had a very good experience.The service was great! I showed up an hour and a half before they close (8:30pm) and even still it was good! I didn't get the name of the lady who helped me, but she was very nice. When I was at the window I asked her a few questions and if I could have two salsas even though the bar and interior was closed, she was kind and patient with all of it.The food was as good as I remember Taco Bueno being, which for me is pretty good. I've always enjoyed this place. I ordered the Wholotta Platter because I was hungry, and it had been years since the last time I got food from here. It was great! Love their red salsa, their queso, refried beans, seasoned beef, and tortillas. Seriously good quality for a fast food chain.I'm sorry people have recently had bad experiences here. It seems though, that for now, they have their business under control, because I had a great time tonight. Will absolutely update if need be in the future. I'll definitely be back.

I was served by their GM Nesha and she was awesome, I pulled up to their restaurant at 9 30pm and she was professional, had great spirit and her attitude was Amazing.. I highly recommend taco bueno and thanks again NESHA!
