Just stopped by on my way back to work and they were closed at 1:45pm on a Monday. I noticed myself and another customer in the drive-through line so they lost out on business. I also did not see any signs stating that they were supposed to be closed so I’m not sure what was going on?

Apparently they're closed earlier than the time stated on their hours sign. They also had the open signs on still. Disappointed after having a few drinks and not being able to have ice cream lol but just turn off your signs if yall ain't there

Had the absolute worst experience 7/17/22. The lady we had take our order was incredibly rude and basically threw our ice cream into the car. It was also already melting as soon as we got it
As it was my first time at TCBY and I was unfamiliar with the menu, I asked for the most popular yogurt. The cashier gave us plain vanilla ice cream without toppings or caramel/chocolate. The cashier was unfriendly and seemed unhappy at work.I left disappointed with my plain vanilla.
