We went to Texas Roadhouse in North Little Rock for my 2 granddaughters birthday. We had 14 people and they turned us away. I have eaten there 10-15 times and always with my family in groups of 8-10. I will never step foot into another Texas Roadhouse and neither will any of our family.
I came to this location after a Dr visit and sat at the bar since it was just myself. I sat near the kid that said his cactus blossom did not taste good after he ate more than half of it. Now I bet the young lady at the bar remembers me? Excellent service the best, I had prime rib cooked to perfection had a great meal. I’m coming back to this location this Friday for another great meal and bringing my sister. Keep up the amazing job. Kenneth Jones
Food was lukewarm upon arrival.Drinks were allowed to run out with 2 couples in the restaurant. Bathrooms were nasty but the cleaning guy was working on it. No sense of urgency at start of business day lack of care. Manager shrugged off complaints so it’s no wonder her crew were lazy.
