I went there, and ordered multiple potatoes, and they got to me steaming. Like, from hell, hot. They didn’t offer me silverware, and gave me PLASTIC spoons. The damn spuds were 800 degrees! Then what made it worse was they LAUGHED AT ME. then I went to the restroom, and there was a guy doing weird stuff in the toilet. Like groaning and then the most soul disturbing sound came from that area. I have not slept well in weeks. I need therapy.
It was a traumatising experience.

Food was lukewarm upon arrival.Drinks were allowed to run out with 2 couples in the restaurant. Bathrooms were nasty but the cleaning guy was working on it. No sense of urgency at start of business day lack of care. Manager shrugged off complaints so it’s no wonder her crew were lazy.
K'lee was my server. She was such a joy. She was attentive and funny. I think she could tell we had a long day and was determined to make it better. She succeeded. I wish she could train our servers at home to have her bubbly personality and thoughtfulness. Our TRH has horrible service. K'lee if you read this, thank you. Always be kind because you never know what someone is going through.

My sister had a great birthday dinner thanks to our server Carlos. His service was very much appreciated!!
Truly shocked at this experience. Our server just didn’t seem to care at all. Ended up getting my own rolls, butter, and booster for my kids. And to top it all off the machine made is tip 20%. How is that fair? If I wanted to wait on my family I would have stayed home.
Edit: After serving myself I was not coming to look for anyone to complain, I was getting my kids out and going home. Do better and notice when your staff are sitting at tables talking to friends for 15 minutes, that’s not my job.

I placed an order through the app. The timing of when it would be ready was quite accurate; I received a text when it was ready. I used the pick-up window and could see them double checking the order to make sure it was correct. I appreciated that and the attendant at the window was so polite. Thumbs upon the service.
The food was good too. Not ahhhamazing but really good and tasty. A notch above the ordinary. I especially liked the mashed potatoes be a they were a little lumpy which are like real mashed potatoes vs whipped (instant) mashed potatoes. Good quality food.

Said it would be a 15 minute wait for a table but after over an hour wait they said it would still take 30 minutes and they never sat us. I get it if your busy but don’t lie and tell people 15 minute wait to get them to sit there and wait.
