K'lee was my server. She was such a joy. She was attentive and funny. I think she could tell we had a long day and was determined to make it better. She succeeded. I wish she could train our servers at home to have her bubbly personality and thoughtfulness. Our TRH has horrible service. K'lee if you read this, thank you. Always be kind because you never know what someone is going through.
I love the food and it's always a great place to be. The only thing is I noticed Staff just sitting around that could have been doing something... cleaning... helping guests... something. Otherwise it's always great to eat there
I placed an order through the app. The timing of when it would be ready was quite accurate; I received a text when it was ready. I used the pick-up window and could see them double checking the order to make sure it was correct. I appreciated that and the attendant at the window was so polite. Thumbs upon the service.
