seafood, yeah, so good. Visited on a Thursday. Nothing but great experiences here. The place has a great feel to it. Reminds me of a restaurant in Philadelphia that I enjoyed.

I visited for lunch, the catfish was pretty good. The fries were lightly battered and excellent. The server was friendly.

Ladies night for 4, we all LOVE seafood so we stopped here before going to the movies. I ordered the shrimp and grits. When it arrived with all those onions and peppers on it I asked if I got the correct order. She kinda laughed and was like yeah the chef added his touch. I sighed. Anyway, I absolutely love onions and peppers, but this was not the dish for it. The onions and peppers were sliced and way too big for this dish. The sauce was ok. I ate a little but wasn't satisfied at all. My first friend ordered the fish platter. It was delicious! We all tasted it. Fried perfect. My second friend ordered seafood pasta. It tasted like they cooked the pasta in too much salt and added more salt on top before bringing it to the table. She sent it back. My third friend ordered the lobster macaroni and she was upset as soon as she saw the small cup that cost $15. It tasted good but the size was ridiculous for the price. We got two appetizers crawfish and wings. They were both good. I did feel sorry for the waitress having to deal with 4 unsatisfied women. Oh and let me add their bathroom is OUTSIDE! Its on the side of the building, unlocked, no security, cold, and unclean. Anyone can be walking down the street and user it. I didn't like the feeling when I used it at night.

My first experience here with my daughter did not start well. We felt as though we were being ignored. But thanks to Ida, she saved the day! She followed us to the parking lot and asked if we would please come back in and give them another try.....and we were glad we did. The food is delicious and the atmosphere turned out to be very homey and comfortable. We were not disappointed. Also, if you ever go there a must try drink is Ida's signature cocktail called The Ida. It is fantastic......and you only need 1. Definitely a must try if you love New Orleans themed cuisine.

Just had lunch with two friends.....Atmosphere was fine, waitress was pleasant and helpful, the catfish basket was fine with 3 fillets on a bed of seasoned fries, crispy and not too salty...the fries and the tartar sauce were good.....I ordered a Blue Moon beer....and finished eating. Then the bill came...the beer was $10.00....that's right ...ten bucks for a single beer! I asked he waitress if tis was correct and she said yes! So, for a Catfish basket and a beer with tax and tip...it was $25.00. On the way out the owner or manager not quite sure who, asked if everything was okay and I emphatically said no...that a $10.00 charge for a single draft beer is ...well wrong! and, sorry we won't be back! His weak response on my way out the door was something like hey man, that "blue moon is expensive"........I say bullcrap to that! Our first and last lunch here was no bargain! Beware!

Great food and really nice staff. Great to see a good place open here. The seafood burger was great with a mixture of Shrimp, Lobster and Crab. You could see big chunks of the different seafood in the party. Just came by for a quick lunch. $10 lunch deals.

WILL NEVER GO BACK! Me and a group of friends went here to celebrate a birthday. We called in advance and made reservations but when we arrived they were clueless to us coming. They didn't have room to seat us inside so they sat us on the patio in AUGUST! We then waited almost 45 minutes for drinks after waiting over 15 minutes see the waitress. We then waited another 30-45 min to get our food which came out a couple at a time which is ok. But 4 of us ordered pasta and we all had chewy seafood in the pasta and cold spots like it was microwaved from chilled. One of the people with us got undercooked chicken that they refused to remove from their ticket. Which should've been removed no matter what! Management offered 20% off their next visit but why in the hell would any of us return? Terrible is all I can say......

Along with Brooke's comment about this. I was the one that called and made reservations, and I'm 100% sure they called me back after giving my number and they said it was ok. Why else would I have shown up there saying we are here for reservations.

IS THIS PLACE still open??? We have been there a couple of times in early August and the food tasted fishy and awful, the service is slow and inadequate along with the atmosphere of the place. What professional business/restaurant will have HANDWRITTEN notes to say they're closed... Poor management...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least.

AWESOME SERVICE- We felt like we were the only ones they were taking care of, even though the restaurant was busy.
