The service and food amazing, but your hostess attitude on the night of 8/3 was absolutely TERRIBLE. Completely RUDE!!! Expected us to great them and then had attitude with us. Horrible and should not be allowed to be treating people.

So disappointed! The Mighty Crab was highly recommended, but the experience fell SO short. I got the weekend special and added extra corn. The crab, shrimp, and lobster were VERY overcooked. I wasn't able to pull any meat on the crab, it was all crumbly and stuck in the shell. The lobster was rubbery and stuck to their shell, and the shrimp were nearly impossible to peel. I didn't receive the extra corn, but since the corn I did receive was absolute mush from being over cooked I didn't pursue it. We were however charged for it. The server was nice but inattentive and wasn't able to offer anything when we told her how the food was. This was an $80 lesson in never eating at The Mighty Crab.

Amazing food and fast service. There is almost no wait time. Soon as you order your food is there in less then 10 minutes. You want quality of seafood then this is your spot.
I found the food to be average, and the server was great. BUT, I've never experienced such bad customer service from a manager. My daughter ordered the 1 lb crab and I ordered the half lb crab. When we started eating our food she noticed that I got as much crab as she did. We continued to eat, not really knowing why the portions were about the same. I thought maybe my legs were smaller so I got more of them. When the server returned to check on us, my daughter asked about it. The server checked and when she returned, with who I can only guess was a manager, she said she had accidently ordered 1 lb for both of us and asked me if I wanted it. I told her I'd already started eating, and it would be a waste to throw it away, but I wasn't going to pay for a full lb because I ordered the 1/2 lb. The manager said I had to pay the 1 lb price or she would take it back and give me 1/2 lb. I agreed to that although it was a waste to get rid of the food because per health regulations, she would have to throw it away. She returned, with same plate minus some legs, 1 potato and corn (they only come w/1 lb portion). I mentioned that this was a health code violation, but was ignored. I'm reporting the manager and won't be eating there again, not worth the risk.
