The place is run down, and the food doesn't taste good. The waitress was inattentive, and the serving size was so small I had to get a second meal somewhere else. I'll never go back there

Last time dealing with University location. Shrimp is mushy EVERYTIME I GO. Had some shrimp head on and I swear it smelled like someone defecated inside the shrimp. No lies. It’s a wrap. Sauce isn’t good. just a shit load of butter.

I have eaten at the University location several times and the food and service have always been great. Mom and I went there on Sunday 8/25/24 and ordered our food to go. I went into the bathroom and there was ZERO soap to wash my hands. I was also there a month ago and an employee was using the handicapped stall in the restroom and left without washing her hands. These two experiences raise concerns over cleanliness. I’m not sure how clean the other locations are but please remind the staff to wash their hands and please keep soap in the restrooms. Thank you!

The food so good, fresh and delicious?

I order snow crabs and they gave me regular crab legs.... and had the audacity to say did I ask for king snow crabs.... we already seen the video of the rats. But noooooo we still try to support the business. I am done.... I will drive to Benton first. And I have my Safe Serve certificate. This place sucks.... let's just say my order for 1 was 47 dollars. And there was no apology. I truly think they feel because it is a predominantly black area we have to accept this..... I threw my order away.... but I am taking it out the trash and giving it to my neighbors dog..... ?

They had a child in the windows messing up orders. When I asked politely for them to fix the mistake or please refund me my money they refused. The Lady over the child tried to present me with a different recipe that was not mind and tried to hide my original two recipes stating that I had two orders and not one because they left one of my orders out. They were originally suppose to be two different orders paid by two different cards. Eventually they called the police on me stating that I was being too aggressive. I cried so hard because I paid my last to feed my kids before pay day and they refused to fix their mistake

Contrary to the unique interior, the food was too salty and too oily. When I called the server because I needed it, I couldn't see it, and when I didn't need it, I asked for what I needed. I wouldn't recommend it considering the price.
