Absolutely love this place! The smoothies are not only delicious but packed with quality ingredients that make me feel great. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and super knowledgeable about the nutrition behind each option. They take the time to help you find exactly what fits your goals. Whether I’m grabbing a quick post-workout shake or a healthy meal replacement, I always leave feeling better than when I walked in! Highly recommend!

This place is so cute. The owners are so nice. I have been twice and will keep going. The drinks are great. Highly recommend the donut shot. I am familiar with other local places like this and this one is my choice when I’m close to home!

First time going and had the Reeses meal replacement shake and I will be back again. This shake made me feel as if I was drinking a candy bar.

Today we came in and specifically asked how much the teas were, we were told $8.00 for 24 ounce and $9 for 32 ounce unless you added extras….so my mom and I got 2 teas off the March menu, she asked if we wanted anything extra and we told her no we wanted it how it came…it came time to pay and our total was almost $29 for 2 teas! Ridiculous. When we told her that couldn’t be right she said it was because we got the teas off the special menu that had extra. It’s like she was purposely misleading us from the beginning or lied to us because we asked from the moment we got there “how much are the teas?” And she told us the $8 and $9 price and did not tell us the teas off the March menu were $14. We felt cheated 100%

Great atmosphere with wonderful healthy options. I enjoyed speaking with the owners this morning. They were helpful explaining the menu options to me and the health benefits of each. Will definitely come back for another visit when in town. If you’re looking to lose weight and help fight those cravings I would highly suggest this place.
