Aieshi was our server and she was amazing. She took care of my garlic allergy, made excellent recommendations based on our tastes. And provided just the right amount of interaction and amazing service.

Always the BEST experience at the Root. Such great drinks, food, and dessert. We had Addy helping us and our entire experience was wonderful! We will be back again soon.

We really enjoyed the food! The service was even better tho! We had Bonnie as our waitress and she was fantastic!

What a great discovery! A friend took me here for lunch. Wish we lived closer. It would be my go to place.

Good atmosphere even if a bit dark. The staff is welcoming. The Homemade Bratwurst were really good, the potatoes side and sauerkraut excellent. But the pear salad and red cabbage were disappointing: the pears weren’t ripe at all but really hard and of course with no taste that defeats the purpose of a pear salad. I was salivating waiting for my red cabbage that I thought was roasted except it came steamed with no spices. On the menu they didn’t say it was steamed so I assumed it was roasted.
So it really depends what you order, it can be really really tasty or tasteless.
Lucky me I got the second one…
The service is ok but the waiter asked if I wanted lemon but never brought it.
Also it’s pricey for what we got. lunch $70!
We didn’t wait for the food to arrive.

Good food. The burger has good meat, just needs a bit more seasoning. So I had to deconstruct it and add my seasonings.

Five stars all the way!

The food is always excellent. The service is very attentive. My favorite dessert is the Brulee Cheesecake! Yummy 😋

The food was definitely a must have! We were a little nervous trying the food and the server gave us some great suggestions and they all hit the spot! We will absolutely be back!

Last night was our first visit, but it won’t be our last! Delicious food, friendly and prompt service. Four of us all ordered different meals and passed the plates around. It was hard to choose a favorite!

I have to eat out all the time for business and this is my number one go to spot in Little Rock. Not enough space here for a lengthy explanation. Pretty much everything there is made in the house and is top notch.
