Loved the food the food is definitely awesome, the ONLY small issue I didn't like is they don't have a soda dispenser so you don't get refills it's a canned drink

Real home cooking burgers, fries, huge onion rings, etc. Done while you wait plus have call in orders.

Worst customer service ever. First he (Jesus)changed the price of the piercing , the sign he’s advertising is a lie. Second he was bluntly rude and told my sister she couldn’t come to the back to watch me get my piercing. Once back there he didn’t want my friend( who was also getting a piercing) to stand up or watch me get the piercing. He also stated that there was no pictures allowed. He marked the spot he was supposed to pierce but he went above it and he refused to let us pick out our rings. He forcefully jabbed the needle through my nose and I screamed and instantly started bleeding heavily, before he even proceeded to pierce me i asked if he could move it down and he said it was fine where he placed it. Two days later, my nostril and the bridge of my nose is sore and swollen. I’ve been cleaning it and taking care of it properly, so i dont know what’s going on. I will not recommend this place to nobody. I wish I could rate this business zero stars!

Good food and fair price ?

This place is unappealing, the floor is sticky (a little pinesol would cut the grease), but man oh man, the food was good. I had the lemon pepper and buffalo style chicken wings. Not sure that I got lemon pepper but that's ok because whatever it was I want it again. The fries could be spiced up a bit because they were just crinkle fries with no salt. The wings were crunchy, not gummy. 5 stars for me.

Had my food delivered and everything was excellent

The food was so fyeeee! Lord I can’t explain how good this burger was! A big thick juicy fyee burger I could only eat half of it! The vault really did it with this one!

The Vault is such an awesome place! Delicious food, fantastic service and great location. Especially since it’s across the street from my house. The owner could not be more kind or helpful. One time he forgot my drinks and he walked across the street and knocked on my door to deliver them to me. Can’t beat that kind of service! And don’t even get me started on the soul food. SO GOOD. 5 stars

The customer service is second to none!

Found this place as a drive by. Sign said "Soul Food Sunday". Coming from Chicago, well you get it. I had pot roast, baked Mac &cheese, greens and corn bread. The best was the greens, wet and smokey. Finished with a wonderful peach cobbler. Would have added a star, but the food was served in a styrofoam box, the portions we're meager and the prices were really high. Two adults, a 14 year old and a 10 year old for $60.00? You tell me. Jeff
