Three Fold Noodles + Dumpling Co. | Pleasant Ridge

I’m so sad they changed the menu—the dumplings just aren’t tasty any longer. Things were already heading downhill but recent menu changes sealed their fate for me. Now I have to get my dumpling and noodle fix when I go to Orlando. Also 5 pork dumplings with mediocre sauce and a yuzu iced tea was $18. Won’t be back.

Please… I’m begging to bring back the old veggie dumpling recipe! 😩😩😩

I have been a huge fan of three fold for years. But since they changed the dumpling recipe- NOT a fan. I have tried the pork dumplings twice. I don’t mind paying extra for good food. However it breaks my heart to say this but I won’t be going back.

Totally discarded their menu and started over. I’ve been twice since the change; I’m never coming back. They’ve ruined it for me. I’m so disappointed.

Until the menu changed Three Fold had the best dumpling. Now the dumpling have a tough shell (different color) and the fill field machine made instead of hand made.

Bring back the old Dumplings PLEASE…..the new ones were tough and chewy! Reminds me of the ones on a Chinese buffet that are old! The old ones were Amazing! When you’ve got a good thing don’t change! I’ll give it one more try maybe they grow on me.

I eat here often (downtown location)! But after today’s encounter with a manager, I won’t be returning. Downtown location Served me extremely charred dumplings. I contacted the owner upon discovering the food in which I could not consume. She advised they would remake. Upon bringing the charred dumplings in to retrieve the remade order, she stated “this IS acceptable and I serve this often”. I have never gotten dumplings this over cooked. My office even questioned who burned something as I walked through with the “acceptable” food.

Great food & the interior has a nice vibe.

Did the recipe change because it was MEH! Pork dumpling soup.

The location is clean, the staff was ok, and the speed of service was good. Only saw 1 other customer picking up a to go order.

The food was tasty, however the pork was void of flavor. Steamed Bun was awesome with a myriad of flavors.

Tofu and chicken half and half noodles/dumplings is incredible. Medium spice level is perfect!
So clean and fast and gorgeous
I eat like an animal every time I eat here. It gets violent

Dumpling soup was amazing! In-house made noodle, super fresh ingredients....You can now finally taste what humanity has tried to achieve but failed before now. Pure deliciousness, amazing quality, umami paradise, last meal top 10. If you like Pho or Ramen, you will love this!! Side of Pot Stickers, Black Sesame Latte...heaven on earth.
