1st time family/birthday event here. The vibe of the place is great. Nice friendly staff( had a couple of waiters who helped us when our waiter was unavailable). The food was prepared correctly and hot each time. My drink was on point. Brook was great; he showed us how to operate & play the games along with the rules for playing. The booking & check in process was a breeze. Additionally, the place was packed but didn’t feel cluttered. I really enjoyed the space made available in each game area. I don’t know what else to say besides I can’t wait to go back.

The place was great! I had so much fun there! They had so many game options for little kids and adults! This place is a great place to hang out with friends and family! The food is great! Not a long wait. The food was affordable! The staff here were amazing and super helpful. The place over all was super affordable and awesome for a weekend hangout! There were many people there but that's only because this place is so great! If I could I would give all the staff a thank you because they deserve it! Thank you TopGolf for making golf so fun and making it to where you have the time of your lives with the people you love the most!

During a recent encounter, the manager,steve, spoke to an employee in a manner that felt dismissive and intimidating, preventing the employee from voicing the purpose of the call. This style undermines morale and can be perceived as belittling, especially when observed by customers. A constructive, respectful, and inclusive communication approach would improve team morale and customer experience.

It’s a scam. Don’t spend your money here. They think they are marketing geniuses by charging you crazy prices for food and drinks. Just go to a driving range and go somewhere else afterwards. Don’t attend the “hiring events” another marketing ploy, they have you come in and they jerk you around for two hours by having you dance it out for three songs and then you go golfing. Than you wait for them to tell you that unfortunately they didn’t choose you but here a discount for golf. They just want you in the door.

First off, we could not get any help when seated in the lounge area. Had to go to the bar ro get an order. After arriving at our bay (103) it was 25 minutes before someone asked us if we wanted to order. This place is not clean and not well maintained. Poorly managed!!! We won't be coming back here as this is the 3rd bad experience we have had.

Super slow service. Bottle beer was warm. Food was cold. Server never asked if we need refills. Plates and cups were left on table after being emptied. Only thing that was fun was the driving range. Don’t think we will be back for a minute. Do better.

Myself and a couple others went to play this past weekend. It was not a good time. The server took our food order a little after we got there, but we didn’t get our food until an hour later. We then asked about it finally it came, but was really cold. We spoke to the kitchen staff about it he was supposed to discount the food and bring us fresh food. Well we never got the discount. We didn’t get to play our full 2 hours we paid for because the game went off. Then when we were checking out getting ready to leave the cashier/ server began to snatch our cards from us and became very disrespectful. I really love top golf but the service didn’t meet my expectations at all.
