The key lime smoothie is vile. It tasted like someone squeezed a lime into dish soap. Salad was wilted and brown. $20 dollars later and lunch is in the trash.

Smoothie was frozen wouldn’t even come up the straw, they were out of everything & didn’t have anything but sun chips.

Tried to come here twice in two days. They had they does locked at 6pm when the sign said open. Tried again just now and the doors where open, two young girls working and stood there with absolutely no acknowledgement. One girl walked right beside me out of the front door to behind somebody food I assume. Then walked back in right beside me with still NOT Acknowledging me. So before I walked out I asked them if they were going to acknowledge me..I was really wanting a smoothie and a chia bowl...oh well..not from here. Ugh!! Customer service People!!

The worst Tropical to go to in Little Rock. They Always forget something. Also paid an extra .99cents for banana slices. They cut a banana a half & threw it in, just poor Quality & poor service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you double check your bag before leaving, & I mean fully checking the employees work.

Worst drive-through experience ever! Upon putting in my order, I immediately recognized that the drive-through man had an attitude, and I still pushed through with being respectable. However, the woman that stepped in was not customer service oriented as well, however I still received my food, but I should not have placed an order because I’m not even for sure whether I trust my food after placing an order here.

I got the açaí bowl and it was terribly soupy, the banana wasn’t even cut, and there was no honey. I’ve had it before at 2 different locations and this location didn’t even try.

Food is fine but was missing the chips from my order. Girls inside kept arguing thinking I had someone else's order and kept insisting she packed it.

Worst most rude woman ever at the drive through. Hardly functioning on this earth. Food is prepared disgustingly, barely edible and overpriced.

Last few times I have gotten my food it was not good. The smoothie was runny and my wrap the rice was hard and cold. Mind you it took a long time and two people came to the window at different times asking me what I ordered.

I recently visited Tropical Smoothie and had a fantastic experience! This location is great, and I must mention that Morgan, one of the employees, is truly one of the sweetest individuals I've encountered. Her bright smile and friendly demeanor really made my day and set a positive tone for my visit.
However, one area that I believe the restaurant could improve on is their drive-thru times. The service was a bit slow, and I think they could work on speeding up the process to ensure a smoother experience for customers on the go.
Overall, despite this minor downside, I had a wonderful time at Tropical Smoothie. The great service, delicious smoothies, and welcoming atmosphere definitely make this a place worth visiting again. Keep up the good work!

This is by far the best tropical smoothie location hands down. Everyone is always so polite, welcoming and my food is always made fresh! This place always has a great atmosphere and I'm not sure if Trevarous is the team supervisor but he has absolutely amazing. Promote him already!!

Worst acai I've ever had. The acai was totally frozen, hard as a rock and I couldn't eat it. Will not go back again.
