I went through the drive thru today and it took over half an hour for 5 cars to get their order. By the time I made it to the window, they acted like a ball lost in high weeds. They couldn’t find my order and then handed me “my wrap and chips” and we waited another 5 minutes for the smoothie. Got home and it appears they just put a wrap in the bag because it wasn’t the one I ordered.
Pulled up at 6:30 and tried to order a quesadilla but was told they ‘deep clean’ their press at 6 and cannot make any grilled cheese or quesadilla after 6:00. This place is a constant disappointment and I honestly have no idea how they are still open.
The employee added a tip to my bill without asking because I declined a receipt. They told me a completely different total that the charge that is on my card. This is incredibly rude and sketchy.
