This place doesn’t deserve your business. Imagine going to a place to spend your money and the employees talk to you like they are bothered that you choose to eat here. I’m not upset at employees as much as I’m upset at the management. You see the same complaints from a multitude of people and refuses to do anything about it. Go elsewhere. Dont spend your money here !

Easily the best Tropical Smoothie location in West Little Rock! I’ll happily drive past other locations to come here because they’re consistently fast and efficient. The staff is incredibly friendly making each visit a great experience. Highly recommend this spot!

I went to order food 30 min before closing and they sat on their phones and wouldn’t take my order after I pulled up to the window they ignored me for a few minutes I could see them sitting there. The customer service is terrible and they are always rude. This has been the worst tropical smoothie for the last two years!! I think the whole staff should be fired..

i’d give zero if i could. not only did my smoothie not come with the extras i ordered, i had to wait for 15 minutes for one single smoothie. employees stared at me through the drive through window, did not communicate any kind of wait time, and just sat there. i finally got my smoothie and it was just thrust out of the window forcefully into my hand.

This location is horrible I went yesterday and there was a guy and girl that were both so rude and disrespectful after I had anlready waited 20 minutes in line. I even heard the girl say she would “slap” I’m assuming me. The smoothie was disgusting and the place smelled like garbage as soon as the window opened. I will never patron this location again!

I love the food here but the customer service at this location is absolute TRASH. No greeting when you walk in, no smile or a “hi how are you” when you order and no “thanks have a good day.” You walk up and they just stare at you until you order. It’s really awkward and uncomfortable. Someone needs to teach them some customer service skills because that ain’t it.

Compared to other locations, the staff here was less engaged. A simple smile or 'thank you' would have made a difference. None of them knows what goes into customer service and it shows. I try to avoid coming here as much as possible.

They really need to call this a lettuce bowl, it’s 98% lettuce, and 2% everything else. Lettuce itself is old? this is supposed to be a “jerk chicken bowl” Last time at a tropical smoothie

Online order for a Açaí Berry SmoothieWhen I got home it tasted like alcohol. Fruit has it starts to ferment (going bad) can give off that taste and smell. It can also cause salmonella. I called the store to inform them of this and the young girl lied about being a store manager and simply said ok. I asked if they are going to issue me a refund and her response was to call back and speak to the manager. She had just told me she was a manager. Never going back.
