I’m sorry this location is terrible. I accidentally made a duplicate order and when I asked to be refunded my money. I got this long story about they have to give the receipt to GM and then she has to send it to corporate. A week later I came back to ask when would I be refunded. Nobody knew what I was talking about. I asked where was the original receipt I left with you guys?. They had no clue what was going on. So when I suggested for them to just remake the order since it was a whole act of Congress to get a refund, they were acting brand new about remaking the order. That I had already paid for. This location ain’t it.

I have ordered from the midtown Tropical Smoothie through the Doordash app several times in the past two weeks and there has been an issue over half the time. I always order a Peanut Paradise and recently, all I can taste are bananas, no peanut. One time it wasn't blended all the way, I got ice chunks stuck in my straw. The other day, they forgot my straws so I had to dig in the packet drawer to find a straw. Yesterday, however, they forgot to pack half of my order. The Dasher arrived with two smoothies and left without my food. I place some blame on the Dasher because she obviously didn't even look at the ticket. My bag wasn't sealed (it never is) and there's never any stickers on the lids. I called the store to find out what happened. I was told the wrong receipt was attached to my bag and I told her that's not true, I had the correct receipt so how is it possible to leave out a quesadilla and chips? She told me I could come get what was missing but I'm disabled and I don't drive so I just didn't eat. Doordash doesn't offer to send anyone else to go pick up what was missing, I would have had to place another order. The average cost per order is over $30 and with a decent tip for the dasher, I pay close to $40 for each order. Many people have to work 3-4 hours to earn $40 and it would be nice to get the correct order, with straws, napkins, etc., or maybe just don't accept the online order if you can't fulfill it correctly. It's very frustrating for customers, especially those who depend on delivery.

I asked what’s in a energizer+. She said “energy” 😑 I said what’s the ingredient. She said idk I said well can you ask someone who does. She came back saying energy. 5 people back there and no one knows. I googled it and it’s 164 mg natural caffeine. It’s not that hard. Very unprofessional. You should know basic ingredients in your store. I wasn’t asking anything crazy. As least go to the back and google it like I did. Giving me stupid answers.

Literally the worst service you will ever get from a Tropical Smoothie location. Sadly management is the one setting the example for the rest of the staff to behave just as badly.

I waited 30 minutes for my food while people that came in after me got their things .. Won’t be back no time soon 👎🏾

Came in ordered our food was told we had to take our food to our car to eat it after we waited 15 minutes for our food and there was no one else there. Very rude employees except for the nice cashier I felt bad for her! Then come to find out after they locked the doors our order was made wrong and we couldn’t go back in to get it fixed. Worst customer service ever would not recommend this tropical smoothie I’ll make that 5 minute longer drive to Kanis!!

The staff stood in back talking instead of making my order. The customer service is horrible. There was no one in there when I came in and it took me 20 min to get my order. This is unexceptable service

I really like this tropical smoothie it is easy to access even with no drive thru. It's clean and always quick turn around on orders.

Parking: As long as you go, anytime other than 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. then you will have no trouble finding a parking spot.

Waited more than 20 minutes for one smoothie. 5 people got larger orders ahead of us.

Found hair in my food yesterday around noon and cannot seem to get anyone to answer the phone. I have spent so much money at this location. This is disappointing and disgusting to say the least. I would appreciate a call back.
