I really like this tropical smoothie it is easy to access even with no drive thru. It's clean and always quick turn around on orders.Parking: As long as you go, anytime other than 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. then you will have no trouble finding a parking spot.

Don't come here if you're picking up for DoorDash, you're better off just declining the orders. Not only did the staff give me the wrong order twice, but they had an attitude when I asked to check over the order the third time and demanded that I confirm the order before doing so. (Which, if they got it wrong again, would've meant that I would be penalized for just sitting in the restaurant waiting for the right order while it had already been confirmed as picked up.)We're both service workers, I'm just doing my job. Fix your attitude.

Upon entering the building, there's pop music playing outside. Inside it gives very modern, young and playful vibes. There's plenty of seating great for a lunch break or chat with friends. The tables were also clean.The service was quick. I was greeted immediately as there was no one else in the café when I ordered.The menu had a variety of different types of smoothies and add-ons You can put into it such as protein powder. The food was a mix of mostly salads, wraps, and quesadillas. The chicken & egg wrap I ordered was tasted pretty good for being under $10. The mango smoothie I had was also very good for the price.Overall, this is a great place to eat healthier when you want food and drink in the meal under $15. I would visit again.

Terrible customer service at this location. The staff in general seem untrained and unhappy. Absolutely no hospitality skills. They interact with customers so casually and with undertones of attitude, frustration, and negativity. My first experience here: Ordered a smoothie and waited at one of the tables. I heard my name, stood up and began walking over.... Before I stood up, the staff member said my name again (multiple times) only with a very insulting tone and attitude. I'm not crazy or imagining. I heard the inflection and rudeness ... as if she were frustrated she had to repeat my name multiple times.... I was already walking toward her the second she mentioned my name the first time. I had to tell her "I'm here. No need to keep yelling my name". She pushed the drink into my hand and walked away.... Then started laughing about the exchange with the others in the back. I don't understand why people here (Little Rock.... Arkansas..... the south in general) are so rude and unprofessional. Customer service and hospitality just don't seem to be a thing here. Everyone walks around with a frown and they're so quick to snap at you if you ask a question or inconvenience them in any way. I won't be back. I don't want a refund or message from the manager and I don't want a coupon. I just want to share why I think this business is horrible and the entire team needs to be retrained or terminated.... maybe stop hiring grumpy folks with zero manners and unfriendly personalities. Surely the management can sense this.... Maybe it's just a lack of talent in the labor pool in this town. Poverty, undereducated people, no culture.... I get it

Worst location in LR. The rude hoody skinny white girl always had an attitude when I visited here….. I never felt welcome and simply placing or picking up an order always turned into a tense exchange with the staff. Absolutely zero customer service skills (I’m not surprised since this was aligned with the experiences I’ve had all over LR)
1)Took 15 minutes to make a smoothie!! 2) More employees than customers. 8 employees 3 customers, and still took 15 minutes!! 3) Customer received an with sandwich and smoothie, who placed her order directly behind me. 4) Didn't make the smoothie correctly.

Multiple times now that I have gone in and there are six or more employees standing at the front counter and they are so concerned with their conversation that I stand there at the register for several minutes and nobody says anything to me. Last time to visit this location.

I went through the drive through in Benton, AR and ordered just a smoothie. The lady at the window very forcefully told me to leave a tip after paying $8 for just the smoothie. Because I didn't leave a tip, she made me set in the drive through an excessive amount of time while she turned and worked the front counter. I seen that my smoothie was on the counter for her to just give me but she was aggravation because I didn't leave her a tip. When she finally handed me the smoothie she was extremely rude a wouldn't give me a straw. I shook my head and she yelled, " yah go ahead and shake your head. Get out of my drive through ". This type of rude bullying is going to cost that location customers.
