Food is good but the people who work here are a bit rude and rush you. They need severe customer service skills

Gross! A rotten salad is not acceptable.I went in and asked for another side and the woman told me that this is how the salad came and left me waiting without hearing that I wanted a different side. This location needs nicer people. Remember that I am not asking for anything free. I paid for my food!

Terrible customer service. Waited 40 minutes in the drive through for two smoothies. Absolutely ridiculous. The manager was yelling at the staff the entire time I was sitting at the window. Completely unprofessional. I will not return here.

I love tropical because they have great smoothies but…the customer service at this location is seriously lacking. The lady in the drive-thru was way too chatty in a strange and annoying way (not to mention, verbally asked me to tip her…). Had to wait 15 minutes before she came back and said they had dropped my food on the floor and had to remake it. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. Won’t be back.

Food is ok, but the ladies in there are a hoot. We'll definitely visit next time we are in town.

Used to love it until they started panhandling for tips via the debit card machine... they should start serving on the corners of busy intersections and advertising their menu via waterstained pieces of cardboard

I’m a big Trop Smooth fan in general, but this location needs to get it together. Orders are often wrong and they just always seem to take 10 minutes longer than other locations. Bad systems? Bad management? Cursed? Not sure.

I ordered a detox island green smoothie, no ginger and sub lime. They put a whole lime in the smoothie, rind and all. Is that how it’s usually done? It’s clogged up the straw, and is bitter.

Customer service and food is usually good, but smoothies not so much. Too much ice. No flavor.

I have eaten at this place since it opened over 10 years ago. The staff if always on point and the current manager is running the store as well as a restaurant can be ran.

I wish I could give this ZERO STARS!!!!!! nothing but a bunch of little teenage kids working at this location. playing and laughing over the speaker. had me on hold for 5 minutes. then proceeds to have me waiting at the window for 10+ minutes for a smoothie and quesadilla. only to find out after leaving they rang me up for extra items I didn’t ask for, causing me to turn back around.
