I’m a big Trop Smooth fan in general, but this location needs to get it together. Orders are often wrong and they just always seem to take 10 minutes longer than other locations. Bad systems? Bad management? Cursed? Not sure.

I ordered a detox island green smoothie, no ginger and sub lime. They put a whole lime in the smoothie, rind and all. Is that how it’s usually done? It’s clogged up the straw, and is bitter.

Great smoothie, dinning area clean and bright tropical decor. That's pretty much where the 3 stars came from. The cashier was dry, but took my order. The kitchen/work area was very dirty. I've never seen a work environment that bad and expected better. It was really something to see because as I watched them work and take orders, they just stepped right over the trash. A guy working dropped a bottle of what looked like sauce and just left it on the floor....to be honest...
