Maybe it's an off day, but I don't see myself coming back to this location for a while. Music too loud, service seemed lacking, and the food was sub par for my usual tropical experience.

I’ve been to this location a few times now and somehow it always seems like the staff are fighting with each other and unhappy to be there. The last time I was in there was a queue of sandwiches waiting to be grilled/pressed and the manager told the cashier to stop taking orders until they were caught up (understandable but frustrating for waiting customers).
Haven’t had any issues with the food, but it does take a while for anything other than smoothies to get made. I frequently have time to eat an entire bag of chips while waiting for my sandwich to come out.
Music is always good though, so that’s something.
