They always have my smoothies ready quickly. I do have a little complaint that the staff were not aware of a special offer mentioned on the app, and I was not able to collect the promised (surprise) bonus. But service has always been great otherwise. And I'm getting kind of addicted to Bahama Mama smoothies...

The Tropical Smoothie on Cantrell is the best! The line was 10 deep, but went fast as the employees inside worked hard to keep up. Plus, they are friendly, even under fire! This is our new smoothie store.

food was fine but service was extremely slow. waited half an hour in the drive thru on something i pre-ordered and employees running the drive thru were not very friendly at all.

Just got home with order through the drive through. No strawberries on my order (mixed berry yogurt bowl) which comes with strawberries. Cost way too much to get things left off your order.

Smoothies and food are both sooo good! Staff is super friendly and welcoming! I love the outdoor seating area. I tried a new chia pudding bowl today and it was delicious!

Hate the air conditioner on on the coldest day of the year. Staff constantly watched me as I sat in the lobby and froze trying to work on homework. I was extremely uncomfortable and opp to study at the Starbucks down tye street or Wendy's. Fix the nasty attitudes.

Routinely out of plant-based protein. Manager doesn’t pay attention to stick levels. Employees blame manager and are ambivalent. Please remove from option on menu if you aren’t going to support the plant-based option.This is the fourth time in 30 days they are out. I wouldn’t be so particular, but tropical smoothie charges a premium for the meals, so we should get what we order. For example, this smoothie and sandwich combo was $16.78.

Vegetarian options: Need to pay attention to stick levels to consistently serve vegetarian options so they aren’t out of plant-based protein.

Love love love tropical smoothie. Great place to be.
