I went into this location at Bass Pro in Little Rock on 8/6/22 around 11:15 a.m. I entered the building and spoke as I entered and no one acknowledged me. I went and stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order only to be ignored for about 15 minutes. Too slow. Don’t wait through drive thru. Took 35 minutes to get just a smoothie.
This location I would not recommend. I was one of two people that were in the Drive-Thru Lane this morning. But I nearly waited 30 minutes for my food. The peanut butter cup smoothie was not double blended and almost impossible to drink. The three Southwest wraps I ordered were served to me cold. I had to wait till I got home to put them in the microwave to heat up my food. I usually never had a problem with this location but this is the last straw.
