I order food from this location mostly everyday but today I ordered a buffalo pizza and it wasn’t buffalo so I took it back and the manger argued with me instead of making me another pizza so I will never order there again also I threw it

Classic local pizza place in The Heights is where we went, but plenty of other locations too. Wait staff and manager I spoke with were pleasant and helpful and both the pizzas were predictably hot and delicious. It's a familiar place and easy recommendation for pizza lovers to try.

First time at this location. Very nice. I have always gone to the Hillcrest location, but lately the service and food has become subpar. Love the patio though. One location I will never return to is Rodney Parham, terrible customer service.

I normally have a good experience here but not tonight. I ordered takeout which consisted of 2 salads and wings. It took 45 minutes for my wings and they were undercooked and my salad was completely wrong. I asked for no bacon and it was all over. I can not eat pork. I didn’t call back due to hours of operations.

Good thin crust pizza. Best salad in the whole world
Terrible customer service. I called to say something was missing and my order and got a “middle finger“ attitude from the person working there. This is not the first or second time something has been wrong or missing.One time I ordered a mushroom pizza and got someone else’s supreme and was told to “deal with it”. I would definately recommend going somewhere else or another store.

We usually do tell u.s. Pizza in Hillcrest because it's closer but the wait was over an hour so we called the heights and their weight was only 20 we made our order and got there and it was pretty busy but they still accommodated Us and got our order perfect and in the time they said it would be!
