Friend was visiting town, and I was excited to share the US Pizza experience. Walked in, lady said the sit anywhere you like. I guess we chose wrong cause we sat inside, watched everyone else be taken care of for 20mins, and we couldn’t even get menus. Haha. She proceed to clean a table, went behind the bar to yell to her coworker (who has walked by several times) “I told them I would be with them”.We just wanted menus…

We were so disappointed in the size of a medium pizza. So small.It was only big enough for my 8-year-old. So, there was a problem because my 6-year-old was hungry too. They said it was good, but was not enough.Too much.

Pains me to leave this review as a lifelong US Pizza customer. Not a knock on the restaurant, but the location. 3 ofnthe last 4 times here have been absolutely ridiculous. Whether there are 3 tables of people or the restaurant is completely full. Clueless wait staff. We come to this location due to convenience and only having a 1 hour lunch break. Well my manager probably thinks i use US pizza as an excuse to get out of work bc today is the 2nd time in 2 weeks ive texted him my lunch is going over an hour due to service here. When I got here there were people at 4 tables, I didnt get a drink order in 11 minutes. The waitress then doesnt write anyones order down, comes back 5 minutes later to take it again. Makes an excuse everytime she comes back. It would be quicker for me to drive to the one in WLR, and this has become a constant with this location for a couple months now. Half the tables not busted. If someone ate here today for their first time they would never even consider eating at US pizza again. US pizza isn't losing a customer, but this location is losing a customer

Great place! Restaurant clean & tidy. Hostess & wait staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of refills and food brought to us in timely manner. Food served hot and fresh. Supreme salad with fajita chicken is huge, but a family favorite so nothing goes to waste! Plenty of seating inside or outside if weather permits. Also this location has an upstairs area you can reserve/rent for small gatherings, bridal/baby showers, etc.
We love the party room upstairs. We rent it for our adult Down syndrome karoke nights.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free

As soon as we walked in customers were standing waiting to be seated while several employees were just sitting around not interested in helping anyone. We went to the host stand to be seated and after standing there for a few minutes, one of the two employees (lady with purple hair) that were just sitting at the table looked at us and said "oh my god", annoyed at the fact that she had to do some work. She told us we could sit anywhere and we looked at 3 different tables that were all dirty and haven't been wiped off for the next customers. After we walked around looking for a clean table is when she offered to wipe off the first one we wanted. In my opinion this is unacceptable. I love US Pizza Co. But this particular one is by far the worst service I've had. Will not be coming back to this location.

I love this place. Best Little Rock restaurant patio in my opinion. Their pizza is amazing. Thin, crispy, hot, & greasy in a good way (I’ll admit I always order pepperoni & sausage). They do have a tendency to be understaffed which can cause quality and wait-time issues but 80% of the time it’s as good as it gets as far as LR pizza goes. A statistic good enough for me to trust as a regular stop. Could upgrade their televisions for watching games there, though. I would love to watch a Hogs game or any other there but not on TVs that size. 5 stars but with honesty included. Love yall.
