Your co workers 5 of them at 3am...with LOUD music blasting, brown bags everywhere on counter...Im trying to place an order since I am Deaf, walked up to the door thinking its open, its locked (say it open 24 hours) then they're looking at me crazy at the window...Im asking questions....My Goodness...Your workers are very disrespectfuL and said DeliVerY only and closed the sliding window... I see exactly why this waffle house have problems due to their ATTITUDES. Where is the Owner and Corporate of this Waffle House at???

I walked up to the door and was told they only do door dash... you cant even order to go without paying for a door dash fee that was 50% of my meal!

Ordered a double burger and two other meals. It was after 1130 so no inside dining; which I knew in advance so that wasn't the issue. The problem was my double burger ended up being a single which I found out when I got home because they put that meal under the other two. Seems like an indication they knew it was incorrect.

First off the restaurant says 24hr. Second of all I was at the door at 8:55 PM pulling on it to open and it was locked. None of the workers said anything or even looked my way after people paying for their food motioned to them I was at the door. I could even hear the guy telling the girl the dining closes at 9PM but could have said that to me and I would have been somewhat okay. Third of all a worker pulled up blasting music and I even said good evening are you all open or closed and she said nothing till she figured out they where taking their time letting her inside. They finally let all the customers out and decided to set up the to-go window and still no response from anyone. Finally one worker came to the window with a nonchalant attitude and asked the other person who walked up for her order and she had to tell her that he was there first. Long story short after I placed my order and had to wait additional minutes for it to be ready, I returned to my hotel across the street at the Holiday Inn express and found out my food was overcooked and had to throw it away. Maybe the day shift is better because the reviews show the food was supposed to be very good. If a manager sees this I have my receipt as proof.

The food was great. And the server did a decent job, but there were several people there that made it hard for her to get back around to us in a timely manner.
530am, Open 24hours but you order at the window and can’t go inside until 6am. Says Come inside, but you can’t!! Foods the same but not sure why 9pm to 6am you have to order at window. Can’t use a restroom either. It’s next to the Airport but not sure why that would be this way!!

When I came in I heard a guy bragging that the restaurant made a lot of money the previous day. They charged me 16.50 for 4 eggs, an order of sausage and an order of bacon. Wtf. Might as well go somewhere nice and get a meal. Dirty parking lot. Decent enough food.

This was my first time in a Waffle House and it was a wonderful experience! I felt very welcome from the moment I stepped in. Food was great, employees were kind, helpful and enthusiastic, and it was a great place to hide out from the rain for a bit.
